One of the best restaurants in the region. Having eaten their food 50 times or so by now I can say they are consistently excellent. Split the pollo al horno large with a friend and don’t forget pink sauce for the fries!

I just got the salad con camarones delivered. The delivery included a delivery fee - the total was $36!!!! I opened the box and for that amount of money I got 6 pan-fried prawns - as ordered, 1/4 alive of avocado and three 1/4 pieces of tomatoes, and a bunch of spring mix. I understand that prices have increased, but this is an insult. I used to love Sol Food for their fair prices etc - not anymore. Shame on you to charge this much and barely put anything in the salad…

I’ve been wanting to try Sol food for a while and so my husband and I finally decided to go. We ordered the thigh plate and our chicken was over cooked and dry on the inside masked by the juice. The flavor just wasn’t there for us. The service was slow too. I’ve had really great Puerto Rican food many times and I think we’ll stick to El Coqui Puerto Rican Cuisine in Santa Rosa.

Delicious food as always. This is our 3rd visit to this location and I still can't get over how bizarre the layout and design of this restaurant is. It's very large but the amount of seating is practically the same as the small San Rafael location. From your seat you not only see the employee lockers but also the manager's office. The only hiccup tonight was the server insisting there was no mayo on the Cubano sandwich, only mustard. It came to the table with mayo, just like the menu said.

There appear to be two counters, one for take-out and one for dine-in. For dining in, make your selection from the varied menu, place your order, pay, and receive a number. Locate an empty table (which may include sharing with strangers!), display your number and within minutes your delicious tasting food is delivered. I ordered the Sol Bowl with organic greens, black beans, avocado, pickled pink onion, and Greek yogurt, and added chicken. Wonderful and very filling.

What a great place. Little expensive; My wife couldn't decide between the Sol stack which is basically a breakfast item, and a veggie sandwich shop she ordered both. I got the San Juan steak sandwich and a San Pellegrino and it cost almost $75!! But... It tasted great!

Gets really loud in here sound travels in this echo chamber of a building. People don't pickup their chairs makes a loud unsettling noise while you eat.
Otherwise the food is amazing I recommend trying one of everything if your diet can take it. Their food is not spicy at all which I prefer my food blazing hot, good news for those intolerant to heat but no sacrifice on flavor.
