Awful sandwich. I ordered a 6 inch roast beef sandwich with mayo and mustard, no sauce. What did I get? All sauce (it's awful). Hardly any meat but plenty of lettuce. I won't be going back. Way overpriced

The clam chowder is excellent, so is the bread, and that's what brought me back. The French Dip was way too salty, even without the au jus. The BTL was ok, but not fantastic. Prices are a high for what you get. Annoyingly sandwich size is more $$$ for a 6"?!? WTH?!?! Their sandwiches start at 4"! That's not a sandwich, that's a 1/2 sandwich!

Ordered online. Took them 40 minutes to make two sandwiches. I waited fifteen minutes in the place. People came in behind me, ordered and were served before I got my order. Good food but thumbs down on the

These sandwich shops have great sourdough, generous toppings, and always have very friendly, efficient staff, and this one is no exception!

I don't know what's with these sandwiches places that CANNOT get your order right ?!!?! Both our sandwiches we ordered with Lettuce and my French dip with NO CHEESE. Both our sandwiches came with NO Lettuce and my French dip had cheese (which I cleary said NO CHEESE). The beef was slimy and nearly raw and not beef taste. I actually picked the cheese out and threw away most of the beef. The ONLY good thing was the bread. Another OVER PRICED Sandwich place and workers cannot get our order right. We wanted this place to be good but won't be coming back. Sad.

Spent $100 to feed my family and they couldn't even be bothered to make mine correctly. I asked for heavy lettuce and mustard and to have cucumber, avocado, and bacon added to my sandwich. Got nothing but the absolute bare minimum that already comes on the Cracked Turkey Sandwich. So, basically just turkey, cheese, and house dressing. If I am paying that much for 3 sandwiches and 2 kids meals, I damn well better get what I ask for. I am absolutely livid and will not be ordering from here again.

Disappointed because they didn't have sandwiches made with liverwurst. The food we had was good.

The first time I went to Sourdough in Petaluma, I enjoyed the Southwestern salad and it was really good. This time I ordered to go and same salad had 3X the a pint I'd lettuce and cost a dollar more. Then I ordered my hubby a hot pastrami sandwich on rye based on the ads I have seen. Boy was that a mistake! There was so little pastrami on the sandwich it was pathetic! Full of lettuce and tomato and little to none pastrami for $14.00! I would never try them again. Also the service was so sad, workers definitely did NOT want to be there. So sad.
