I went Friday afternoon/evening and it was not busy at all. The barista who helped me was quiet but dedicated and focused.
I thought I’d give the matcha lavender another go and it was AMAZING!
At a different location, they didn’t make it right, but here they knew to leave a quarter cup left fir the cream to melt w the matcha.
I do not know the baristas gender, but hats 🎩 off to you! I have had so many bad Starbucks experiences for a while and I have not had service and attentive focus to my drink in years.
I don’t care if they only know one drink well,I felt taken care of without asking and that is service you cannot get anywhere nowadays.
I will definitely come back. To the manager: please promote this person or train all of your staff to embody this experience.

Horrible service. I Stood there on my lunch break while the place was empty. While the blond girl cashier had a 20 minutes conversation with a friend. And completely ignored me. I had to leave back to work without any coffee.. I was completely ignored. As if I wasn't there. My whole lunch break was me standing in Starbucks with nothing to show for it. Not even a hello.

Unfortunately this location can never manage to make my coffee properly. Staff members are rarley willing to help and or fix the problem which is usually as simple as more cream,too much cream or can’t taste the syrup. I’m usually super patient and understanding, but the reluctance I get from staff to correct mistakes is just ridiculous and frequent.

This Starbucks is doing something interesting - they’re only using reusable cups. So - my oat milk latte is in a plastic cup. I like the green push, but I’m still making up my mind on drinking a hot beverage out of a plastic cup.
