Twice in one week, this location messed up my order. The first go around they charged me for bacon egg bites, when I ordered a bacon and Gouda sandwich. The cost was about 10cents more. That was on 05/22/2022
Today I ordered my bacon and Gouda sandwich, and no bacon. 05/24/2022
Tessa, the manager is really nice. Everyone else is kinda rude.
This is only one of three in Petaluma that has socially separated outdoor seating and open restrooms. And this one has the drive thru so it is tops as far as Starbucks go. I really cannot believe those that have closed their restrooms and their outdoor seating. Regressive as far as I am concerned.And needless to say we do not go to those anymore.
Staff is friendly but every time I come here the drive thru is very long. I have currently been waiting 21 mins. Not doing this ever again.
