As I am writing this review, which I never do, I am still in shock with the way my husband and I were treated tonight at this location. I have been to a lot of Starbucks in a lot of different States and Cities and have always been treated with respect and kindness, friendliness, great customer service! Tonight 12/13/2024 , we came into this location at 9:26, which is 4 minutes before closing. My husband was looking at the menu for a couple of minutes, the first thing said to us was from the only female there “We are closing in 2 minutes.” My husband ordered a drink right after. While waiting for his drink, I quickly used the restroom. Once I came out of the restroom, my husband was going in to use the restroom and the female worker was saying we are closed, we need to lock the door, my husband had no clue she was talking to him, he would never have thought we would be treated like that at a Starbucks. While he is in the restroom, I told her, he will just be a minute. The female worker said we were being rude for making them stay past closing and we needed to leave for safety reasons. I asked for her name and she wouldn’t provide it. My husband came out of the restroom pretty quickly and we left. I let her know I was going to let it be known how we were treated. We will not be back at this location, I really hope you take this complaint serious because if this happens to us, I promise, it’s happening to a lot more customers. I’m reaching out to corporate as well.

This is the best Starbucks that I've ever been to. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I've been going here 3 times a week for about a year and it's always great service!
Smaller seating area, the fan over the main entrance door continues to run even after the door closes, blowing cold air and the worst part, the music is played so loud, it is unbearable. The clerk taking my order had trouble taking my order because of it. Otherwise, nice barista.

This location is going downhill, bathrooms are always dirty, service is so slow , I usually stop here before heading to work but now will be looking for another location..maybe drive through is better but waiting inside sucks , order ahead they seem to get those out quickly and make those a priority over waiting customers
I just wanted to say how much I appreciate and love the Starbucks workers at this location. Every single time is a positive experience and just overall makes coming here the best. I purposely go out of my way to come to this location. Not only do they make my drink (Strw Aci Lmnd ) just how I like it but they make it with a happy smile

Waited 20 minutes for our drinks and when I asked about them the drink maker was super rude, almost confrontational. How dare I ask about my order I guess. If you are in the service industry and you dont believe in giving kind couurteous service, its time to consider a career change. Won't come here again. I very rarely take the time to give a negative review but your employee represented your store so badly, it is worth the time for me to do so.

Starbucks has established itself as a popular coffee institution, but it comes with significant drawbacks. The drinks are often overpriced, overloaded with sugar, and unhealthy, creating an addictive experience for far too many people. My primary concern, however, is the inconsistency in the quality of their beverages. On some days, you receive a well-crafted, sweet treat, but on others, it’s a bitter, watered-down disappointment. This lack of reliability makes the overall experience frustrating and unpredictable.
