My friend and I walked in last night a few minutes from them closing. I really thought they would not serve us. There’s 2 youn ladies both blondes, said welcome in. We were allowed to order anything. It was the best service from any Starbucks, they set the bar how to interact with customers. I hope this gets to the boss! Ty for having such nice employees and I will continue to get my coffee there it’s a little out of my way, it’s worth it! Ty so much! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Starbucks at Sonoma Mountain: Great Staff, Uncomfortable Vibes

I've always appreciated the smart, funny, and personable staff at Starbucks at Sonoma Mountain—they truly brighten each visit. However, recent experiences with the manager were marked by uncomfortable innuendo, and unsubstantiated claims created an atmosphere so awkward that I felt forced to leave a community that once meant a great deal to me. Not sure what is going on there to be honest.

Went inside for a mocha plus bought another for a backpacker using the wi-fi. Wanted to rest and sip as I am elderly, but the place was filthy. Everything including windows seemed greasy, tables had not been wiped in awhile, and floors were begging to be mopped. They do get a lot of traffic due to college next door, but wouldn’t that pay for a maintenance employee?

Vegetarian options: Staff do not know if veg options have egg ingredient.

The starbucks app is totally wrong i did a mobile order and they accept it and then not even open i call and the starbucks from safeway they answer

I frequent this location almost daily, so I will start by saying the team is super friendly and welcoming! This post is to share a recent appalling experience and lack of quality. I watched a customer pick up her mobile order, take a few sips and tell the manager (who was the barista at the time), that it does not taste right. The manager then dumped her drink into a new cup, put my label on it and tried to give to me! No refreshing of ice, simply dump and reuse. I am shocked Starbucks supports the "re-using" of drinks, let alone drinks that customers already drank from?! I cannot imagine re-using drinks versus making a new one is how Starbucks trains its employees? Sad to see for sure, especially from their manager!

Took about 40mins to get a premade drink not happy about it its probably like the 4th time then i get my drink and tasts like wTer from the drain
