This bakery is amazing. I’ve been to many in Marin and this is top 2 for sure. This one compares to many of the top bakeries I’ve been to around the US. I’ve gone twice this week and the second time the line was out the door and down the sidewalk. Worth the wait. I can’t wait to return to try some of the savory pastries and side dishes.
I love this place but unfortunately I have some complaints. The food is yummy and great quality. There is a lot of flies touching the food. I’m not much bothered, but this is a sanitary issue. They need to get fly catchers and proper bug control. On top of that, they’re not the friendliest. I understand from working in food, but they’re so numb here. Never been asked how my day is going or gotten a smile. I really hope this place stops being so stuck up and try to be more...
I love the Gluten Free Coffee Cake. Unfortunately Gluten & Soy is an allergy for me so I have very limited options. They mostly sell out of what I can eat very early since I am also allergic to soy and don’t want a cookie there isn’t any other options. For folks like me I wish they would stock more of the limited options for us to eat. The staff has been great, very small in there.
