Says they are open till 9, closed at 5:50. Not good at all.. all their lights were on an open sign on. Very poor!

I placed an online order at 6:08 pm on 1/28/23 with an ETA of 6:38 for my delivery. At 6:38 I get a text message from DoorDash (they do the deliveries for subway) stating that my order had been modified or canceled. I tried to call the phone number listed for this particular subway and got the message that the call could not be completed. I then drove to subway only to see that the store was closed. Even though the subway website states the store is open until 8pm. I was still charged for the order that I never received and will be stopping by in the morning to get a refund. Horrible experience and I will not be back.

The employees have headphones in. They don't have soap or paper towels in their bathroom. Their drink machine is out of order.

Do you want a disgustingly-soggy and dripping sandwich? Do you want to order at a place out of most items? Look no further than this Subway! At this fine establishment we WILL give you that mushy bread dripping with sauce you want. Subway! Eat fresh!

Their oven doesn't work to heat your bread, that's not their fault but they shouldn't tell you before they start making your sandwich that it's wrong, I bought it just out of compromise and because I was very hungry but in another circumstance I turn around and I'm leaving the store

This subway is one of the worst Subways I have ever been to, I prefer to drive across town to go to another subway despite living two blocks from this one. Their soda machine has been out of order "due to Covid" since 2020 but they aren't even wearing masks anymore while making food, what a pathetic excuse to not offer one of your only three options. Today I went in despite my gut telling me to go to the other location and not only could the worker not keep my order straight for the two seconds between me stating it and him needing to actually put the ingredients on the sandwich but he managed to mess up and put on ingredients I didn't ask for. He was also not wearing a hair net for his beard while making my food. Then it took him around 5 minutes to use the register and actually take my order. I will not be coming back to this subway and I advise you visit another location.

In crazy times where "guacamole costs extra" I am very patient when I see a young kid behind the counter trying to plug through and take care of a growing line of customers with growling stomachs. To the point, I opted to place my order through the mobile app 30 mins ahead of my projected arrival. I pull up, on the dot... still no notification that my sandwich was ready. Cool beans. Not a problem. I'll poke my head in and see if they put it on the shelf (because it's obviously not my first rodeo and I understand if it's busy and there just wasn't enough time for the sandwich artisan to hit the "ready" button for the app order). Anyways, as I popped my head in and apparently toy had a sad face that my order wasn't ready, the kid behind the counter acknowledged my perceived upset and as soon as he finished ringing up a customer, proceeded to make my sandwich. Now... this sparked upset among the existing line - specifically one gentleman who questioned WHY the kid was making my sandwich because they had been there for awhile waiting. Again, understandable. But the kid held it together and proceeded with my order. Woohoo. Fast forward, I go to grab the chips and drink I had placed on my mobile order and they did not have either of my choices available... This should have been a flag at the time but whatever. I rolled with it. A minute later the kid prompted me and one side exchange took place. I had my sandwich wrap! Here's the thing, something told me to pull over and check this out just to see if my gut feeling was right about my order being somehow... incorrect. Alas, my instincts were right. Even with a clear, itemized order, it disintegrated even include the damn avocado. Regardless, they need to hire more staffing. If they did, MAYBE the art and speed of sandwich making at this location wouldn't be so... below standard.

Check your receipt! Youre probably getting overcharged. I paid for one footling and two 6" turkey subs instead of two 12" turkey subs. I told the cashier that she over charged me and that I should have been charged for two 12" subs and she said she couldn't change it. I asked her to cancel my credit card and re-ring and it correctly and she said no. It's only about a $4 difference but what upset me was that she was not apologetic and declined to make it right. Also, when she was making my sandwich she accidentally put Sriracha sauce instead of mustard and when I pointed out to her she just used a knife to scrape it off. I told her it was OK and we moved on but then when she makes a mistake again and over charges me she doesn't do anything to make it right. Learn customer service if you're going to work with the public.

i loved it not all subways are like this ! the girl with ponytail is super nice and takes my orders well every time very respectful and sándwich was good as always ????
