Nearly zero meat on a Philly steak and cheese, tried asking how much for extra and she just threw it in the oven, never asked if I wanted it toasted but I did. Horrible subway, I’ve never seen so little meat put on. When I asked for extra olives she put in total approx 15 on the whole thing so I asked for extra again. 14$ for bread and lettuce

Very disappointed in this location. No matter what you order you get the bare minimum amount of meat and toppings they can possible give, so your basically getting just a bread sandwich with maybe one of the bites having something else in it. The customer service is lousy, if you ask them about any promotions they don't know what your talking about. And to add to that they don't take any coupons or promotions. If you ask they give you attitude like the customer stepped out of place for asking a question. Just terrible. I use to come to this location when I was a kid 20 some years ago and they were way better but whoever took over since then has turned it into a trash bin. Either go to the other subway on the otherwise of town or go to Jersey Mike's.

Paid for double meat that I didn't get, 4$ is way too much to waste on something I didn't get, hardly had any sauce or veggies, bread was so stale it might as well have been cooked days ago. Slowest employee I've ever seen. I love subway but will never go back to this location.

Nobody is in the store I am aware people could place orders on the phone but I only have a 15 minute lunch and would really appreciate it if the lady working there could help the customers physically here before making anything else .

This location only gives the bare minimum when it comes to toppings. I got a veggie delite and the person literally was putting not even a handful of each on the sandwich. I had to keep asking for more each veggie he added. I won’t be coming back to this location. The service was quick, there was nobody in there. The parking is plentiful as it’s located in a shopping center.

I saw an advertisement that Subway had lowered the prices to try to win back consumers.. I went into this one and they still had 13.00 for a footlong and when I asked the lady behind the counter if they had lowered the prices, she said no. so I'm voting with my dollar and no longer shopping with corporations that don't respect the consumers. End corporate price gouging now!! I's not inflation if the corporation is putting up record profits, it's ripping off the public in the name of greed.

The hot sandwich was cold meat warmed in sandwich form in a toaster oven.Non of the 3 Petaluma Subwats honor the Subway promotions listed on TV or online benefits of the Subway app do not apply to the restaurants as they are privately owned not held to Subway advertising as the franchise locations are.
