fresh red onions with crispy pickles nothing was soggy, even the bun was toasted. tater tot option is scarce to find. nice warm quiet atmosphere with chill music ? staff has on. not fast food nor junk food but a hearty meal.

burger is very bland no flavor just taste like ground beef they need to do better the presentation looks good but first bite is just as bad as the last bite I've tried the location in Napa and the Petaluma one and they both are terrible or Caucasian's don't like seasoning

Great food, good service. The burgers and fries are awesome and the milkshakes are out of this world. I think the only suggestion I would have is for the employees to find something to do besides visibly be in their phones when not helping customers.

I ordered a bacon burger and some ketchup packets through DoorDash and did not get bacon on my burger or the ketchup. I also got extra pickles and reviewed 2 pickles. Food wasn’t bad but you could tell it wasn’t that fresh. Spent 19 bucks so I would expect to at least get bacon on the burger that I paid for.

Sadly, this place is going downhill and has a huge issue with consistency. It used to be the best and the past five times I've had it, it's usually FREEZING COLD, beef arrived raw in the middle and the chicken was just raw all around, the portions for the sides vary from great to a small handful and 50% of the time I'm given the wrong sauce on the side. Not to mention the supersauce recipe has changed and not in a good way. It's not cheap either, so when the meal is ruined, it's really frustrating that I'm just throwing away money. I know someone who knows the owner and swears by this place, so obviously you either need to know the owner or just get lucky to get properly cooked, hot food. I won't be coming here again.Looks like the owner only comments on the good reviews, which tells me they could care less about providing a better experience to those of us PAYING for cold, raw, inconsistent food.

I got the French onion dip burger and a chocolate shake. Both were absolutely perfect. Best burger I've had in a long time. You can't go wrong here. I don't live nearby or else I would probably eat here twice a week. Check them out, you won't be mad you did.

My personal experience here as both a customer and as an Uber Eats delivery driver I am not impressed with the level of service. Food was 4 stars, service was 1-2 stars. As an Uber Eats driver we are not to get customer drinks because we don't carry a food handlers permit and it's a Health Dept violation to have people getting drinks for other people without a permit. It's been an unspoken agreement for a long time that we just got the drinks but it's been made clear by Uber Eats that it's not acceptable and a health code violation. Today I went to pickup an order for Uber Eats delivery and the gentleman passed me the empty cups to fill. I explained that we aren't supposed to without a food handlers permit and he got a nasty attitude and says well the other drivers do it and I'll come around and fill them and then left them at the soda dispenser. Beyond rude! Not to mention there are ZERO customers in there so he wasn't busy. I won't be going here again myself and I won't be bending the rules to make his job easier.

This place does really good burgers, cooked to order. Couple of craft beers on tap. Milkshakes come in about 20 different flavors. Friendly quick counter service. All the food comes served on metal trays lined with paper. Bright red and yellow squeeze bottles of ketchup and mustard top every table aside a paper towel roll. Only a few tables available for seating. All seats are benches.I ordered a super burger, cause sometimes that classic lettuce, tomato, onion, pickel combination is what I'm craving. Ordered it mid rare, and that's how it came. They have 'all the cheeses' you can choose from. I went with pepper jack. Burger was perfect. The bun was perfect. The produce was great. All in all a delicious burger.I went with a side salad instead of fries, but the fried side options were plenty and they all looked pretty good. The salad wasn't bad either. It came with kidney and garbanzo beans, carrots, cucumber, sliced onion and tomato on spinach. Only note on this salad is they should probably chop the onion and tomatos for the salads instead of dropping slices on your salad. Couldn't find any knives to cut thise big slices I wish the dining area was larger and more comfortable, otherwise I'd really want to hang out there over a cold pint.
