My wife and I were excited to dine here given the numerous great reviews at this restaurant but were disappointed by the various mistakes that were made throughout our 5 course meal.
For example, our 3rd course was an American snapper that smelled really fishy the moment it was placed on our table (red flag #1). When I cut into the snapper, you can see the top half was cooked but the bottom half was clearly raw (red flag #2). After flagging the server, they redid the dish and corrected their mistake.
Another example was our 2nd course, which was the oxtail tagliatelle pasta. The first piece she ate had a bit of a crunch to it that she thought was maybe an ingredient that the chef added to give it some texture. But then she tried the other 2 pieces that didn’t have any crunch did she realize afterwards that the first piece she ate had an egg shell in it! (Red flag #3)
I can excuse some of the issues I had with the meal such as the tagliatelle pasta being a bit too salt forward for our liking, but the above red flags are inexcusable quality control issues that left a bad impression.

Our meal at TCP was truly a disappointment tonight. Some of the food was good and some felt like it was pulled together from the back of the fridge. We had two pescatarians and one vegetarian at the table and it was like the restaurant had never dealt with these (very standard) meal adjustments. The wine director would sell us on a wine pairing for a dish that we never received, which was just embarrassing. Our server seemed completely overwhelmed and in over her head, unable to tell us what course was coming next or describe the food with any specificity. We could also overhear, very clearly, the FOH talking in the service station behind us about other tables. And multiple things were dropped and shattered over the course of our meal. The most offensive thing was that after very, very long pauses between half of our courses, we were asked to leave after less than 10 minutes of chatting after we paid our nearly $1K check because a table “had been waiting a long time.” If the pacing of our meal had been on point, they wouldn’t have been waiting so long, and yet it was our problem? No ma’am. We won’t be returning and feel very played by this experience.

Table Culture Provisions is a truly stunning experience. The food is absolutely delicious, and every dish is plated beautifully—a feast for the eyes! Host Jackie is the kindest, most down-to-earth person you’ll meet. This spot is a must-visit for great food and even better hospitality.

I've only done a few tastings in my life. This was wonderful. We did the four course tasting and for the price it was excellent. The whole meal was an experience. The service was impeccable. The thought put into the decor felt so purposeful. Thank you for a wonderful evening to celebrate our 40th birthdays and our first trip to Wine Country.

Incredible culinary experience, and wine pairing was top notch. Wow. 10/10. Can't honestly say anything other than this meal was perfection. Timing. Quality. 7 course plus reserve wine pairing was the best meal we've had all year, including many 1 and 2 star restaurants. Came starving, left absolutely stuffed. Wow wow wow.

Delicious 7-course meal with wine pairings. Brian is a great sommelier, very knowledgeable. Lots to say, but this will suffice.

Did the 7 course menu, and I recommend it. Every dish was good or excellent. Only complaint was the “New York” steak dish was surprisingly not tender. In fact, it was kind of tough, but still good.
You won’t walk out of here full. It’s not that kind of experience. It’s definitely fine dining, and many of the courses are a bite or two, but a very good bite or two:)
Brought a special occasion wine, and corkage was $50, which is whatever.
Service was attentive. The space is small, minimal, and intimate. It’s definitely worth a visit.
This was one of the moments when you take a bite of each course and appreciated the thought process, creativity and flavors of each bite. So delicious. Thank you!

Honestly this was a huge disappointment for the price. It was a busy night, and we didn't get the wine pairing, which may have made everything better. I would definitely avoid if you aren't drinking wine, as they don't offer other beverages and the pacing seems based around the wine. It took 3 hours and we were frequently sitting for 30-40 minutes with nothing at our table. Some of the food was good, although the portions were laughably small at times. This is a maybe-walk-away-hungry tasting menu, not a walk away stuffed place.
