I gave them a lower score the last time I went there because of the same things.
The girl at the counter was arrogant which and acted like she didnt want to be there.
The burger was hot of the grill which is why it got a 2 star, still wasn't any better and had no taste, almost like they bought the pre-made patties pre-made from a very low end source.
I really won't be going back. S9 no need for corporate coupon.

The Veggie burger is good. Replace cheese with avocado and add grilled onions. I think it can have more suace. I'd also like to have the impossible / beyond option too.

Apparently Habit is one of three fastest growing burger joints? It's pretty good, some say it's comparable to in-n-out but I dunno. It's good don't get me wrong

Food was mediocre. Chicken sandwich had a tiny piece of chicken with soggy bread. Onion rings were overcooked
The green beans were good the best dish at three stars. I might try the burger next time but unlikely . Ordering on a kiosk just seems so impersonal and I despise being prompted for a tip for what should be standard service

Two of us cabin Burger today in Petaluma. We will not go back. The Char-Broil speak of on their hamburgers is obviously something they sprinkle on the hamburger to give it the grilled taste. The burgers were overcooked and not at all juicy. The only redeeming quality was the French fries and they weren't great either sorry habit, you lost two potential customers.

I love Habit, it's my go to hamburger place.

This Hamburger Habit location has ample parking is easy to get to from the freeway. Bathrooms are super spacious and clean, some dining tables were not properly cleaned, but overall the place was very well lit and there were many places to sit in comfort. I had the Portobello Char burger with onion rings and regular flies as well as sweet potato fries. All of which were cooked to perfection. They have a do it yourself carbonated beverage machine with mini selections to choose from. I’d highly recommend visiting the spot, for comparison- the burger prices range from mid seven dollar with the highest being a $12 burger. Five guys burgers on average are $13 plus. I definitely rate this hamburger habit establishment over the five guys establishment across the freeway in Petaluma.

The Habit serves my favorite burgers! Unfortunately, this spot has machines taking your order. You walk in and see a counter, but no one is there to take your order if you prefer that method. What if you have questions or want to do a special request? Ordering on the screen takes forever! Such a pain! This location has limited seating and when someone does leave, no one comes around to wipe the tables clean. This place is better suited for an order pick up.

Get the onion rings and a side of ranch. It's the world's best!

Love the habit. It’s always been consistent for us until the swapped Coke products for Pepsi. Why? They also introduced the kiosks for convenience but I prefer talking with an employee. Unfortunately they’ve learned to ignore people who don’t use the kiosk. I think they’re understaffed.

Please offer a turkey burger in the future!

Vegetarian options: Their veggie burger is great!

Food was great, the dining area was clean. Unfortunately the men's room was an absolute atrocity. I'll continue to support them, but that overflowing urinal and amount of dirt built up on the sink and floors didn't happen overnight. That's been neglected for quite some time.
