Mediocre fast food with a high priceIncredibly inconsistent with delivery whether they forget your burger, sauce, leave on unwanted ingredients or just don't taste good. It's a problem I've never had a bad chicken sandwich until today It was just sad I paid $13 for a spicy chicken sandwich without a side for that price for it not to even be spicy what taste good. I've had other times where they've left on ingredients we've asked to take off, but they've ended up on the sandwiches, soggy tomato isn't a nice addition to my buns. There are better local restaurants in town that charge the same for better sandwiches it's ridiculous

I ordered the chicken club sandwich. The only flavor the sandwich had was the near rotten Avocado they put on it. After scraping that off, the sandwich had no flavor except for whatever the bread had been grilled with. Extremely disappointed! I hate wasting money and that was 15 dollars plus the tip. The onion rings however were delicious.
Patrick, the crew member who assisted me on 11/24 was very rude and seemed bothered to have to work. I asked if I could order and he said “I’m busy right now, that’s why I said it’ll be a second.” I waited patiently until he had a moment. He was casually preparing orders that weren’t ready yet and directed that I should just “use the kiosks for faster service.” He was pushing me towards using a kiosk instead of taking my order. The location did not appear to be very busy at all. Customer service skills were lacking, and I think he would benefit from further training.

The cobb salad was weird and it had little itty bitty pieces of egg. I prefer much larger pieces of eggs in my salads.

I love habit burgers ? ? however today I got 3 burgers and 2/3 were made wrong I asked the lady who gave me my food if it was correct she said yes but it was far from the truth and I was even was charged for the bacon on my husband's burger and there was none .Tried calling no answer, usually good but today was maybe off for them ?

Only partially took and completed my order.Ordered a double char w/bacon white American cheese all trimmings Xtra onions cheese and bacon as a large combo w/fries and fountain drink. Also offered 10vpiece chicken bites we also added a big char w/cheese and Xtra patty lettuce only w/fries and large fountain drink.Upon arrival at home the order provided wS incomplete NO CHICKEN BITES... NO EXTRA GRILLED ONIONS on the burger.When receipt reviewed not charged for chicken bites even though they were ordered and the missing extra onions charged for not provided.
