THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! They have the best sandwiches in sonoma county. My wife and I had the Petaluma and classic turkey and we loved them both. Made with fresh bread along with locally sourced ingredients. We can't wait to eat our way through the rest of the menu

I had a sandwich today from The Local (inside my gym), and it was absolutely out of this world! I ordered the Petaluma, and every bite was packed with fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. You can tell they put real care into what they serve. I work across the street and also work out at the gym, so I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Highly recommend!

I was out kicking kicking dirt clods with Buck Toothed Benny and Tweezer Dan, and Tweezer blurts out something about sandwiches from The Local. ..What's this Local place I asked, and he tells me it's the best damned thing in Petaluma, that is if you're looking for a sandwich. Then the Tooth chimes in and tells us about the last time he was there..spitting with every single word! Well, they finally talked about the place long enough to get me to go...So off we went! The sandwiches were Amazing to say the least, but being the best thing in Petaluma, I don't know about that ..because the Happy Ending Massage Parlour out on B Street is pretty much the best thing in Petaluma for me. Those sandos from The Local are right up there in the top three though! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

A couple of weeks ago, I visited The Local for the first time, and I can confidently say it’s the best sandwich shop in town! The food is not only fresh and healthy but also absolutely delicious. On top of that, the staff and owner are incredibly kind and professional, making the experience even better. I’d rate this place a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and exceptional service!

Hands down one of the best sandwich and smoothie shops in Petaluma! The sandwiches aren’t your typical deli sandwich, they are way better. The ingredients are always fresh and local. These craft sandwiches are delicious and every bite explodes with flavor in your mouth. The smoothies are made with fruit and oat milk; no added ice or any unnecessary ingredients. I definitely recommend The Local if you are looking for a really good bite to eat!!

I love vegan Banh mi. Their Banh mi wrap is excellent. I have found them always to be pleasant and accommodating, although it is a bit of a wait for your food. If you don’t want to wait, it is probably a good idea to call your order in. Lots of choices, but the Banh mi is the only one I have ever had.
