I love vegan Banh mi. Their Banh mi wrap is excellent. I have found them always to be pleasant and accommodating, although it is a bit of a wait for your food. If you don’t want to wait, it is probably a good idea to call your order in. Lots of choices, but the Banh mi is the only one I have ever had.

Hidden Gem inside a fitness center??. The Local is truly amazing bringing fresh and local ingredients together to make bomb Sandwiches! I have had a lot of sandwiches in my life and have had great NY City and Connecticut Deli Sandwiches which are great as well however the sandwiches we had today were phenomenal! I recommend getting the Gold Coast (My Favorite) or the Petaluma those are the ones we tried today. You can’t go wrong with any of those Sandwhiches? Gold Coast was the best Sandwhich I’ve ever had period?? so so good!!!! I appreciate all the love, effort and time put in to create these amazing tasty sandwiches! I will be back? Keep Rocking Out ??

Best sandwich in Petaluma, hands down! I finally tried it after hearing so many great things, and I was not disappointed. I got The Petaluma- they somehow turn a simple turkey sandwich into the most delicious, fresh, flavor-packed sandwich. Very casual unassuming spot in a gym lobby, but worth it!
Kid-friendliness: Brought my baby in a stroller and was even able to nurse in the women’s locker room

I have lived in Petaluma for over 15 years and I never heard of this place til now? I am obsessed with the Muhammura in the E. Washington sandwich! Overall, it had sweet and tangy flavors. Bread wasn't soggy so that's a plus. A bit pricey for one sandwich, but worth it since it tasted good. Service didn't leave a good impression on me, but maybe they were just having a bad day.
Being that this spot is located inside a fitness center I couldn’t believe how fresh and tasty this sandwich was! All the ingredients were delicious in the vegan sandwich I ordered from the menu. Chips and drinks available as well.

I love this spot, each time I go it is consistently delicious. It is evident that a lot of intention and care goes into the menu, quality, and service. A+ in my book, and I rarely am down to pay $15+ for a sando. Some may find that pricey but THESE ARE GOURMET STATUS AND VERY MUCH WORTH IT.Pictured top to bottom: Bahn Mi (inspired) and the Point Reyes.Tbh this is my second review because I just appreciate this spot and want to see it succeed and stay open. Also the owner is very kind and courteous and deserves it.If I get a membership at the gym it is located within, it will be in part due to The Local :)
