Absolutely fantastic! Wade was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions and made sure we had a wonderful experience! Definitely recommend this place.

Went,as we usually do, to celebrate our anniversary. Asked for a window seat and mentioned our anniversary in the notes when I made the booking. We were greeted and wished a ‘happy anniversary' then seated at the outward facing window seat in the corner. It was a cozy and quiet space that kicked off our evening perfectly! Oysters were delish with the bread basket and a sparkling rose. I changed it up and had the scallops and have found a new favorite. Husband did not vary from his norm enjoying the mussels and clams. We ended the night sharing the dessert special, strawberry bread pudding...yum! Not big dessert people, that treat was a marvel! Our service was excellent and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. I ❤️ The Shuckery Oh, here's a tip...do NOT park in the empty lot on Keller St. it is obviously a scam money maker for Ace Towing and cohorts. We were towed from the lot between 7-9 and it was $675 to get our car out. Poor signage and it's a closed office space...dirty dogs Still loved our dinner but took a little of the glow off.

The food was great and turn around time from ordering was good. This is a small building which led to it being extremely humid and hot inside. Which was not expected. The drinks were also very subpar and disappointing, we had originally planned to have a drink after dinner and visit the bar. But that plan quickly faded after we couldn't collectively finish a single cocktail as a group.

The Shuckery has some of the freshest oysters. The Happy hour menu is a good value. However, the seafood cocktail had rubbery and bland tasting prawns and crab claws. The Caesar salad was over dressed with an overly acidic dressing. I recommend sticking with $2 oysters and a bread basket with grilled bread and a tasty olive garlic dipping sauce. The pickled mussels in a tin with pickles and bread were a winner as well. Service was excellent.

Went to the Shuckery before heading to a concert at the Mystic Theatre. The Shuckery's lively dining area was a nice opening act. The cod arancini special was delish! The oysters were super fresh and the food is always amazing.

The food was delicious and so beautifully served. I have never been disappointed. All of our anniversaries and birthdays are celebrated there, and the cocktail itself was a party.

Great special appetizer of bruschetta with anchovies and pesto! Poke Bowl was good, fried calamari and veggies crispy, tasty. Interesting selection of cocktails. Would return!

Great cocktails and food! The staff are always so friendly. The happy hour menu is great as well! Bonus that you can take your last drink into Hotel Petalumas beautiful lobby bar - bonus bonus if the fire is burning.

Great food, excellent service , it was a bit noisy but probably because of loud customers next to us

Everyone was nice. Food was good. Gluten free items printed on menu. Parking want bad. Prices not terrible.

We came to the Shuckery for my girlfriend's birthday, and Hannah was an amazing waitress, incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the items that would be gluten intolerant safe, and when she didn't know, she went and found out and made sure that we were taken care of! We will be back again soon because of the experience and the quality of the food.

Nice atmosphere, good food and drinks. Staff was pleasant but our server seemed overwhelmed. She forgot a couple of things I requested and we seldom saw her during our meal. The other staff dropped off our food, bussed our table and took our dessert order. Still, great experience and the staff works really hard, that much is evident. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Really enjoyed the oysters! Had a variety of fresh oysters from around the region, also baked and fried, they were all amazing and the salad was delicious! Service was great, cocktails fabulous, and historic Petaluma Hotel is a beautiful location. We will be back soon!

The Shuckery is one of my favorite places to eat, talk and enjoy the atmosphere. Our waiter Mac was awesome and everyone else that works there was helpful and thoughtful. I highly recommend this restaurant.
