Cool selection! Got to meet the owner and some of the folks who work there and they were all awesome!
Disappointed in Vine & Barrel. I had a visit on my to-do list for a long time because they seem to have an interesting selection, plus they get good reviews. Perhaps they had an off day when I visited.
Asked the server a few basic questions but his wine knowledge was hit-and-miss. I expect more from a shop that specializes in wine.
The place smelled like urine, more than I would expect from having broken a bottle of Sauv Blanc.
I purchased a glass of a Spanish red. The glass was good, but the bottle I bought was oxidized and not drinkable. Partly my fault I suppose because it was a ten year old Crianza from a not-famous region, and I know enough to know that such a wine could be hit-and-miss.
Very interesting owner. Good conversation remarkable wine at great prices.
Jason’s the best!!!

First of all, this is a wine shop. If you are an up-tight wine snob then go elsewhere. However, if you know wine, and you’ve explored local California wines but are tired of fruit bombs, oak, butter, and exorbitant prices … then Jason will open your eyes to wines from all around the world that are affordable! Keep in mind he can sell you a glass or a bottle but cannot give you a free taste because of his license … so don’t friggin ask! However, he can keep you laughing until you have to run to the bathroom … just remember to pat the gnome on the nose!

Stumbled upon this gem yesterday and boy did we have a ball. Not only did Jason recommend several stellar bottles but he is an absolute riot and regaled us with great tales about everything. His knowledge of wine is unparalleled. Our new favorite wine shoppe! ? ?P.S. I may or may not have had to kiss a little elf on the nose in the bathroom in order to use it ???

Jason knows wine, great selection of reds,. whitea, local and international. Beer and other beverages are available for the non wine drinkers. Plenty of seating. If you like big personalities, and want to know about Petaluma the man behind the counter with the belly is your man!

Owner Jason was super friendly, and found us a California Sauvignon blanc in the style we love, dry and minerally!
..really cozy wine bar with incredible Tapas...and every variety possible...my fav place to hang out... recently moved from the main drag to Kentucky...
Really nice wines to same and buy. Jason is a hoot. Fun place to hang out for a while.
My favorite wine shop. Great new location! The owner has insightful wine suggestions and is very friendly. Also, the wine club is a fantastic deal.
After a great chat, I was recommended a Waits Mast wine that I haven't been able to get out of my head since the night I opened it.Can't ask for more than that!
