Was so excited until I saw that the cook stuck his hands in the salad bowl / then tomato bucket/ cucumber bucket with NO gloves on then he opened the refrigerator door n grabbed more trays of meat - put more meat on the grill (no gloves) then made another salad (no gloves)…. I can’t eat here …. Bummer!! The lady at the counter (she wasn’t the owner) said, “Per County Health Department, he doesn’t have to wear gloves). I’m not sure if that’s correct or not…. I left.

Lo how the mighty have fallen. I dined here three times back in 2021. The chicken was delicious, fresh and so flavorful. Had me seriously considering moving to Petaluma. Fast forward to 2025. First of all ,the service was bad. The cashier was stoic to the point of unfriendly. The food was mid at best, and the portions have shrunk (sadly the prices have not). We ordered a whole chicken to go, and somehow our order never got started. Ended up waiting a 1/2 hour, with nary a apology in place. This place is solidly below average.

Got a whole chicken salsa chips and a large container of guacamole for less than $30 today. Enough for 4-5 people. Exceptional chicken. Really yummy. Great salsa and guacamole. Go. Hope you like it too.

Usually when I come here the chicken is flawless in the super chicken burrito. But today I got 2 chicken super burritos with extra meat that were full of unchewable bits. And it was a grand total of over $46. Sorry guys, that’s not acceptable for the high price being paid.

What a chicken what a place. Living almost two years here, this was my Wife's and I first time. Parking lot is pretty small with one way in and out. Inside was smaller than I thought, but comfortable and set up perfectly for a quick bite. Expecting only chicken, options abound. Shrimp, ribs, beef, pork and of course chicken. What set this place apart from other I have been to was the service. At the counter the guy asked if it was our first time. We said yes, and he gave us full details of the items and offered a suggestion of the What a Plate. That way we could try everything and know what we really liked. It was great, rice and beans as the sides we took it with some Flan as dessert. Everything was amazing from the tortillas, to the shrimp and even the salad that was the base of our plate. It's billed as a meal for two, but it could easily be for 4 light eaters. Everything was great. But the service was awesome. Thank you.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options
Parking: Parking lot is small, and if you miss the entrance it will be a pain to come back around during rush hour.

It saddens me to give this a 1 star rating because there whole chicken is absolutely delicious but let me tell yall there parking lot is ridiculously small and there food was nasty me and my boyfriend both got the chicken burritos and it was basic asf no Spanish rice inside eathier just chicken refried beans cheese and guacamole very basic I couldn’t even finish it definitely not a place I want to go back never again we both are very disappointed in this place

Everything looked very delicious until we found a very large and unpleasant mistake in the rice, and when we told the manager about it, it was a very bad attitude on her part, very rude, not recommended to be honest, better KFC which is across the street clean and without hair
