I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Garbage food! Especially your tenders! Just FROZEN garbage tenders from one of the big food service companies. If HARDEES can make a decent tender why can’t you?

I was the only person in here, and my food took 27 minutes to get done. The employees were laughing in the back and cleaning random equipment.
I had to stand in view of the kitchen just to make sure they were actually making my food. Why am I babysitting food service workers?

The service when the girl is not there is always terrible, I asked for several flavors and they all gave me the same flavor (one that I did not ask for) and I went to complain. But they responded rudely that it was the same taste.

I placed an order to go and they forgot my ranch dressing plus I paid for extra ranch dressing. Didn’t realize it until I got home and I called them. They said they will give me extra ranch. Next time I come in. When I came back a week later, I said to the young lady that took my order what happened. She looked at me and said. “I am the manager and you’re not getting any free ranch dressing”
Like I’m pulling a scam…..Embarrassing and she said it in front of everyone there totally uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. I called corporate and they gave me a gift card for less than the money that I paid for the ranch that I never got. So even going up the corporate ladder, all they did is waste my time never gave me my money back for what I paid for

*Disappointing Experience at Wingstop Petaluma*

I'm writing this review after a disappointing experience with my online order from Wingstop Petaluma on September 2nd. Here's what happened:

- I placed an order around 10:40 am and picked it up shortly after.
- When I opened the box, I was shocked to find that the "wings" were actually tiny, quarter-sized nuggets - more suitable for a kids' meal.
- The box felt unusually light compared to previous orders.
- I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service, especially considering the premium price point of Wingstop's wings (over $20 for this order).

When I returned to the store, they offered a refund by 5 pm, which I didn't find acceptable. I believe they should have offered a more substantial refund or a complimentary replacement order with actual wings, not nuggets.

This experience was disheartening, and I hope Wing-stop takes steps to correct their portion sizes and quality control. To their credit, they agreed to provide double the portion. Employee “This will be the size to all wing-stops” We agreed to a double portion wings as a replacement because I made it clear that I wouldn’t be coming back after 5pm to collect a refund .

This was honestly the worst food i’ve ever had! The ranch was the only thing good. Even the drink machine was messed up. Total garbage

We ordered and was shorted 10 wings. Nothing was marked so we had to guess what flavors they were. It was a larger order so it was hard to tell. This is not the first time we were shorted.

My daughter ordered from the Wingstop on Prosper through the webpage on 8/14 and received email confirmation. She received the text that the order was picked up at 4:51pm. Then at 5:33pm she gets a message that the order had been canceled. She calls the store and speaks to Starla (I believe that was her name), and was put on hold for over 12 minutes. When she comes back to the phone she was irritated that my daughter held on instead of hanging up and said ugh you're still here, and that they were having problems all week with dashers picking up food and not delivering it. My daughter said this is f-ing , and the employee got angry and said that now she was being rude and if she wanted the food she had to come to the restaurant to get it or she would refund the order when she had the time and hung up. I called the store and this employee answered the phone. I was very kind with her and asked about the refund. She said my daughter was rude and if she hadn't cursed she would have offered to try delivery again but there was never an option given.. She asked if I wanted to have it delivered and I said no and what was the status of the refund. She said she had not done it, and this had been at least 30 minutes since their call. I asked her to process it on the phone with me and she got upset and told me to hold, and that's when the manager Brianna got on the phone. When she came on, the first thing she said was what is it you want? Caught me off guard because she was so rude and I had no idea anyone else was even coming on the phone. I told her I was waiting for the refund to be processed. Brianna puts me on the phone for 7 minutes then picks up and says it's done and I'd receive an email within minutes, and that's never happened. I asked for the GM, Stephanie, and she said Stephanie was sick and would be gone for weeks. To this day, no email and no refund. I called the guest relations number yesterday and was advised they had to send a message to management at the store and I would receive a call back within 72 hours. Of course, that call has yet to come. My next step is to dispute the charge with the bank for fraud. Do better Wingstop. Is your management this terrible? If you're having this many issues with delivery, why not just stop it or train your staff to handle these situations better. This situation should never have drug on this long. Your staff didn't do the refund and the food was never delivered - why are we in limbo and having such poor service? Word of advice to everyone - AVOID WINGSTOP PROSPER! Wingstop DO BETTER!

It is a very slow place, they told me 15 to 20 minutes and it took 38 minutes for the workers to deliver it. The truth is, stop, it's hard for you to walk ??
