I genuinely cannot believe the circus I just experienced. I ordered delivery through their own app, paid for everything, and somehow still ended up with no extra ranch, no drink, and a meal that arrived SOAKED in fryer oil like it took a relaxing spa day in hot grease. I opened the bag and thought I was being pranked.
And instead of owning it, they had the nerve to blame the DoorDash driver and act like he stole the ranch and the drink… as if he said, “Yeah, forget the food, lemme risk my job for a $1.25 ranch cup.” Be serious.
Then—THEN—they told me they won’t give me a refund, only a store credit I have to use within 10 days. So I’m supposed to roll the dice again and hope my next meal doesn’t arrive floating like a deep-fried life raft?
This whole experience was so chaotic I honestly need a refund for my time, sanity, AND appetite.

Absolutely disgusting. The hickory BBQ wings and hot wings were incredibly salty. The fried cajun corn and fries were covered in salt and Tony's. you couldn't tell you were eating anything other than a saltlick. the corn in the picture showed full nibblers, but we got one nibbler cut into 5 pieces.
$45 for my family to eat leftover pizza and tater tots.

Probably the worst food/takeaway I had in my life. We ordered and collected £50.25 order. Food was cold, fries were cold. Items not labelled. We also had a allegen requests but nothing was labelled.
Worse of all they did it include my desert! So out of pocket for £6.75.
Won’t be returning and want my money back!
Message to all! Go and support an independent, they will take care of your food and ensure you get everything you paid for!

Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.

If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration

Tonight was my second time coming to Wingstop in Petaluma And I gotta say Aramis was amazing with his customer service Big thank you! He walked us through the menu so helpful.. WINGSTOP YOU HAVE A GREAT EMPLOYEE. Such good vibes and the wings so yummy and crispy !!

My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

They get busy The wait times can be very long but I'd recommend ordering on an app because you can get a good deal. I don't think the atomic is spicy if you're looking for something to make your mouth quench and your body sing if you have a high spice tolerance. But yeah I'd go again. They give you a real big basket of fries on a large and They didn't forget my rancho blue cheese on delivery I'm happy.
