I want to start off by saying I typically love Wingstop. But this location has to step it up when it comes to their cooking and reliability. I ordered take away, an 8 pc combo plus an additional side of Cajun corn. Sadly to my distaste when I opened my bag I found that they drenched my wings in so much oil that it altered the taste which made them practically inedible. Then to top that off they didn't bother putting my fries in my bag. But the Cajun corn was good and so was the Dr.Pepper. Overall if you like Wingstop check out another location.

A mixture of over and under cooked is the first thing.Second would be the flavoring was not evenly coated. Bite into one piece and get a concentrated taste. Next piece almost no flavoring.Staff looked uninterested.
Took 45+ mins to get order had to leave without fries. Super understaffed, feel badly for the employees.

The customer service is TERRIBLE here every single time! The cashier is sometimes friendly but I only ordered a 3 piece tender combo with a side of corn and it took 31 min! And the fries were cold like they were sitting on the counter too long waiting for my three tenders to be cooked. You say you make your food to order but it takes FOREVER and it's not even hot. Do better Wingstop I won't be back I don't care how good your chicken is, the service sucks.

I have never had a problem with this wingstop. My family loves wingstop and we go about once a month. There is a little more of a wait then it says online but that's to be expected just about anywhere now. I give them extra time before I get pick up my order. Food is always good and exactly what we ordered.
