Adrian the area supervisor or whoever he is needs to learn to respect his employees and not cross the line asking people and accussing them of fakeing ashtma and respecting the fact employees actually were getting evacuated, learn to treat people with respect
Pay $39 for a four-piece tender and then another five piece tender big box meals the tenders were cold and they ripped me off on sauce that I paid for I would recommend saving your money and making the drive to Canes or Popeyes you would literally save cash and get a better meal employees were nice though but the food was a rip-off

I Loved KFC - until Today when I had the absolutely WORST KFC meal of my Life! My "Original" preparation order did not even look like the Original recipe. It had a flat, dark brown color, and had none of the characteristic light crispy skin. And the chicken itself was overdone and had a bitter taste. The cold slaw was Not Fresh but instead was limp and almost tasteless. The biscuit I tried was not fluffy and light, but dry and rather hard. And then there was the "Honey Sauce." What exactly is honey "sauce"? Trust me - it isn't Honey! What a disappointment. I will certainly Never again get a meal at the Phelan CA KFC and I strongly advise others to take a pass on that disturbing experience.

Went to the drive thru half hour before close. Worst chicken I've ever had. So dry. Good thing I also got some burritos. They'll be good. Nah. They were rock hard tortillas wrapped around who tf knows

This location sucks,sucks,sucks. I've been to this location 3 times since it first opened. Each time I figured I'd give it another chance. My stupidity. I've never been so disappointed in a kfc like this one. Every time the chicken is either old or cold and tough. At other locations it's great. I suggest you just close your door and dissappear,at least you will for me cause I'll never waste my time or money at the phelan location. Churches has it figured out. I'll go there instead

We ordered a late meal because it one of the only places open after 8 pm we ordered and 8 pc original and the chicken looked and tasted like it’s been sitting for days. It took 10 minutes and we were the only people inside. The biscuits were as hard as a rock the only thing edible was the slaw and mashed potatoes. I immediately called them, when we got home and they don’t answer. I will follow up with owner and corporate.
