My husband and I ordered food to go. A simple burrito with rice, beans, meat and cheese. When we got home and opened the bag of food, we received two burritos covered in sauce. We didn’t order it like that and it was inedible for me. I went hungry

I really want to give this place 5 stars, but read on to find why I can't. I really enjoy the food and their prices are very reasonable and lower than other similar places. They have the best Carne as pastor, their salad dressings are delicious. Everything we eat is great. They have the best chips and salsa, BUT, I noticed that the server used his hands to get the chips, without handwashing and sanitizing, after grabbing dirty plates, taking payments. C'mon guys, you've got to do better than that. Completely disgusting and a great way to make your customer ill. Mama Maria's, please have your employees retake the food safety course.
Our food was excellent, our waiter was excellent, it was my birthday and he fed me my birthday ice cream..I couldn't stop laughing ??. Overall it was a nice experience, but too far out the way..!

They don't cook always the same maybe because they have different chefs and they dont cook always the same yesterday I had my worst dinner ever there the beans over cook the taste bad, my burrito more expensive and getting smaller, and the carne asada very salty and and hard. I call and they were not very happy about my complaint.
