If I could give their service a 0 stars I would!! It’s ridiculous that I have to wait over 40 min to get a frappe coffee and 3 chicken strips delivered to curbside. I had to get off my vehicle to go see what was taking them so long only to find my items just sitting on their shelf. I’m livid. My frappe coffee looked like an ice coffee. And only to get excuses from the employee on why my food wasn’t delivered curbside. What’s the point of having the option to pick up curbside?!!! And on top of that to find my strips cold and over cooked!

Filthy bathrooms, garbage hanging out of garbage 🗑️’s. Over all messy. Staff told everyone no counter even if we had questions. The screen to see your Oder is broken lol!! Ghetto!!! Never again!

Nice place to stop on your way up/down the hill, and you need a break from traffic. This casual McDonalds has a fast environment due to lots of foot traffic and air conditioning. Stop by and get yourself a McFlurry on those hot summer Cajon Pass days

Placed order at 6:54 and waited without being spoken to or heard an order called out for 30 minutes. After half an hour passed i called for a manager because no one was in the front for the entirety of the thirty minutes. After speaking to other customers who were waiting for over an hour it became clear we werent being served. After having to call loudly for assistance over a full restaurant of people waiting for food, the manager (wearing a different shirt than the rest) came to the front rudely and said they were down one (1) employee that cause a building full of people not to get food. The drive through was getting their orders fine. Not one dine in customer got their food. Awful management and service by this restaurant. 0 stars will be filing complaints everywhere. Genuinely the worst service I've ever received, its laughable. Dont want people fired, just want corporate to come in and completely redo how this restaurant functions. The employees had dead fish eyes and could not care less, even if their life depended on it. Luckily i got my money back, unfortunately not my time. And unfortunately neither did those other people who waited over an hour and STILL had to cancel their order, what i most certainly would have had to do as well if i hadnt said enough was enough.

Too slow. Had to wait 16 mins just for a mcgriddle and a coffee .
I asked why it was taking so long, and they just ignored me.
As always love the golden Arch one of my best places for fine dining
No iced tea, no coffee. Terrible service with no one taking orders. You have to use a kiosk or app. Keep driving, it's not worth the stop.
