This is about my third time alone in January coming to this location. All 3 times I come the workers act like I don’t exist can’t even acknowledge me and say “ I’ll be with you in a minuete , hi NOTHING”. Talk to each other the whole time and take their sweet time and still have a disgusting tone when they decide to attend me . Never rude never had issues here or anything need new employees or bring the appropriate training back so ridiculous

First of all, it saved the day that our location in Phelan was open at 7 AM. It made the field trip I was going on with my son all the sweeter. I was helped by the manager Nicole and she was not only helpful but went above and beyond.
Being frustrated on a regular basis with the state of customer service in businesses, this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Nicole; my son and I had a great day and enjoyed our sandwiches together.

I came into the store at 7:30 am and inquired about a party tray. The manager told me that it is normally a 24 hour advance notice for catering. But Nicole went out of her way to stop everything and prepare the catered sandwiches immediately. She never made me feel rushed or bothered by my order. She patiently and lovingly created delicious sandwiches for my company potluck. It is service like this that keeps me a loyal Subway customer. I especially liked her positive attitude and ability to converse with me while preparing the tray. Nicole has been with Subway for 12 years which in and of itself is remarkable as so many employees are looking for the next good thing. Nicole was awesome!

My friend and i ordered salads from here. Both of ours were barely halfway filled and they DRENCHED our salads with ranch. She had made a note for them to provide us some extra on the side just in case they didn’t put enough, which they usually don’t. We couldn’t get through to eating them as we were very disgusted. I’m sure this place went through a lot of staff changes because the older gentleman who used to work there would make ours salad to perfection.

So they think is ok to pick on customers, even make comments about the customer race origins, but what those employees don't understand is that, behind that counter, they're REPRESENTING the company they're working for...
It's like parents being responsible for their childish kids acts
I DON'T consume their food, fortunately

I offer to run errands for to my elderly and some disabled neighbors, last time I when to get lunch for them at this location, this employees believe it was funny to mislabeled the sandwiches
Luckily I pay attention and prevent from my disable neighbor to end up in the urgent care
He is lactose intolerant 😐😟
So, beside the fact stated by them (the employees) of not speaking Spanish
They've have demonstrated some inability to perform their work and provide at least
Mediocre customer service
I have asked my dear neighbors to consider
Different lunch options
Hopefully these employees don't have an elderly family member, and if they do
I REALLY hope so, they get treated with kindness and respect

Finally had time to make a review about how much I love this Subway location. I know my sandwich is going to be perfect when I see Wayne! Always greets everyone with a smile, a great attitude, and a well made sandwich! He’s my son’s favorite employee as well. He always say “Oh heck yes! Wayne is working!”

The place is small but gets the job done, the staff was friendly, and the food was good enough for subway.

Parking: It's just like any other parking lot of a shopping center. There are many businesses together sharing a big parking lot so You'll find a spot.
