Wanted to eat here, but restrooms for customers are out of order, no way to wash hands, and they refuse to let us use the employee restroom (which is located next to the customers restroom)

Came in at 11am for a sandwich, left and came back at 1120 and the lady is still on lunch. I thought subway employees only got 30min lunches but apparently I was wrong. She is in her car sleep, Not only am I waiting but 6 other people are as well. I explained that she is in her car asleep. In her burgundy ford focus. People are coming in and leaving out , while she is costing the company money. This is unacceptable and unappreciated, I understand everyone needs lunch break. So the lady said her name was Vanessa and explained that they take lunch between 10am and 11am. She told me you eat on lunch and that she sleeps on lunch, I said Ohk. O and by the way she clocked in at 1138, and I got what I wanted.

Just stopped at the subway on El Cajon Blvd San Bernardino at 12:15 and they were closed for lunch. Most people want to order their food at lunch time. We are traveling and wanted to pick up a sandwich. Thanks for nothing

FOOD POISONING. Both of my kids. Stopped by this place during our road trip. I should have listened to my gut telling me the place looked shady. My kids ordered different meats and they both got food poisoning. Also, the employee preparing the food seemed to be sick (blond man with beard) and no mask when preparing the food. NEVER AGAIN.

I asked for a foot-long sandwich and was charged for a combo which he never even offered me the chips to let me know that it was a combo. I never seen no drinking fountain there. I was traveling on the road. It wasn’t worth turning around and going back.
