I love Taco Bell, but don't go to the one in Phelan, CA. SLOOOOOOW service. The told us iced tea is discontinued, but all other locations have it. They offer Nashville hot sauce, but when requested said they were out. It would have been easier just to ask what they do have and picking from that limited list.

Was wondering why it wasn't an included location for online app orders. Well when I went through to place an order it was obvious...this locations boxes and menu items are more expensive than the rest of the taco bell locations... the luxe boxes are $2 more. Shady business practices when they take advantage of this hard working community! They know that the next closest taco bell is a half hour away! Shame on you!

Ordered kids meal, 2 piece with coleslaw and an extra side of large coleslaw. Sprite was flat. Chicken was over cooked. And they gave me mashed potatoes and a small coleslaw. I guess my bad because I didnt check my bag when I left. But when she repeated my order and then I double asked about coleslaw and the extra coleslaw she seemed annoyed and said yes it was right, but I figured okay cool its gonna be right. Also in the past tried to get a bean rice and cheese burrito but they are more expensive than any other taco bell. I guess I've learned my lesson to not go here.

Taco bell is always one of my favorites, but this location has the worst customer service you could ever have. I stood at the counter for an insanely long time and the girl just looked over at me a couple times until I literally told her nevermind and still didn't even get a reply. Horrible service 💀

Wanted to customize the Luxe box like how they offer on the app and every other Taco Bell location, the lady taking our order said they can’t make customizations and I know she said that just so she wouldn’t have to make the slight adjustment to my box.

The chicken x crispy was totally dry on the inside the chicken was cold. My taco 🌮 supreme was soggy I guess the IMITATION meat eats through the taco shell. Taco Bell 🛎️ is Corporate owned and ruined. Sad

I come here a lot because my kids like the food & I live down the street. But every time I come here, there is always something that upsets me. One day I saw on my app that they had $1 chalupas between 12-1pm so I came quickly just to find out I couldn’t because this restaurant is owned primarily by “KFC” The menu is always changing & the prices too quickly. The food is always great! The ladies are not nice, they pass by you without even acknowledging you or saying “we’ll be right with you” It’s crazy. All the girls are miserable & don’t care. Oh & they charge me for sauce packets
