I come here a lot because my kids like the food & I live down the street. But every time I come here, there is always something that upsets me. One day I saw on my app that they had $1 chalupas between 12-1pm so I came quickly just to find out I couldn’t because this restaurant is owned primarily by “KFC” The menu is always changing & the prices too quickly. The food is always great! The ladies are not nice, they pass by you without even acknowledging you or saying “we’ll be right with you” It’s crazy. All the girls are miserable & don’t care. Oh & they charge me for sauce packets

COMPLAINT: They falsely advertise "managers special" POT PIE $5.00. These are conveniently NEVER available. I've visited a few times, and it's the same story. "We just sold the last one." They should remove the sign if they do not offer it.

We walked in & it took a while before anyone helped us. They had only a family of 6 dining in that they had received their food. We ordered for takeout. I asked for another cheese sauce since I got a large fry, but it cost $1.10 & I said, "That's ok." I can't believe how much a tiny cup would cost that much. Overall, food was freshly made & delicious. Employee also apologized for waiting a while.

We ordered 4 of the chicken littles thru the drive thru, the cashier said they had pickles on them. We got them home... and NOT A PICKLE ON THEM.

Ordered 2 bean burritos with extra cheese and extra red sauce. Was charged for extra cheese, but only got extra beans with no cheese or sauce. In the same order, I paid $5.99 for a cheesy Gordita crunch. What I received was a taco with Gordita crunch sauce. No cheesy Gordita on the crunch. I also paid for extra cheese on my nacho supreme….and nope. Not even a normal amount. Dry nachos. I added a photo of my ‘Gordita crunch’ with the receipt under photos. This Taco Bell likes to steal by accepting your payments for extras but consistently does NOT give those extras.

Wanted a quick bite to eat before running errands and it was a quick fix for both my wife & I. Enough to hold us over until dinner. Food was hot, tasty and a stomach stuffer that filled us both up. Service was great! The young lady who took our order was nice and smoked at my wife's jokes. All in all, a nice experience.
