My nephew ordered food and some delivery driver stole his food I want to thank the manager aliseo Rodriguez store 2559 for absolutely being an amazing manager and replacing his food that was stolen from a door dash driver . My nephew was so upset and he such a good kid this made his day. Thank you!

2nd time here and did not have my order ready even when ordering 1 hr in advanced. Both times they hadn’t even dropped my order yet… had to wait for a long time after I arrived… very disappointing not to mention these high prices, we should expect better service, not worst… I wish I could say I will never go back, since my kids like it but I’ll try to avoid it as much as possible..

I am beyond exhausted with the amount of mistakes that go on. Unfortunately we used to eat at Wingstop at least once a week. When this location opened up it was a lot closer for us so it was exciting. They can't seem to get a single damn order correct. You asked for it to be well done. Half the time we've walked out there's been all flats when nobody asked for that. Don't offer services if you're not going to actually follow through and give it to your customers. It's $18 for a combo and these people are getting paid $20 an hour to not even get a single meal correct. Very sad and a waste of money.
