Batibionicos Ice Cream and Desserts

Way over priced for some thrifty ice cream!!!! Went in to order two scoops of ice cream and they charged for two separate single scoops which obviously would come out to more. To top it off they put my ice cream in a single cup instead of the double scoop cup. Now, i'm never one to complain but if I'm putting my money into something, I want what I paid for. I totally understand with this economy and everything raising in price, but then there are those businesses who try and take advantage and this place definitely did so. I am all for supporting small businesses, but when it comes to integrity I do not support this place at all. Ill take my money elsewhere.

The girl with red hair is slow it took them 20 minutes to make basic nachos with no one in line. New employees needed

There service is horrible I came in waited over 15 minutes but 7 people who came after me all got there stuff first and they ordered the same thing I did I will never come here again

Terrible customer service. There’s a young lady who is very rude. On more than one occasion she has given us unpleasant attitude. I’m usually all in on supporting small businesses but I’m off to La Michoacana because of this employee who decided to be rude only because I asked for power chili on the side for my esquite. She purposely gave me a fraction of what I was to get for a 8$ cup. Even when I shared I was disappointed with her attitude and that I’d be cancelling my order she just smirked. So then I said I’d be going to their competition and she just laughed.

Delicious bionicos. Can't get enough of Thrifty ice cream without going to Thrifty aka Rite-aid.

The staff that tends is very despotic and tends very badly!

It seems like you are borrowing or giving them. They treat you like that. It's not worth it, the fruit is dry and more than a bionics place it seems like you're going in to buy gold because it's very expensive and you wait a long time.

We ordered five different things from this place when we visited for the first time: strawberry ice cream, crepes, vanilla latte, mango with spice and takis corn. Everything was absolutely delicious. Customer service was great. It’s so good we wanted to go again the next day to try more things.

Great place to get yummy and fresh snacks. They're always very attentive and get my orders right. We've been coming here for almost 3 years. My kids love getting about everything from there. They carry an array of thrifty store ice creams, fruits, crepes, and plenty of spicy and sweet goodies. You can order ahead over the phone or order on their website.
