Wow… Birrieria Jalisco took me straight back to Mexico! The goat birria was everything — crispy on the outside, tender inside, and soaked in a consommé that was perfectly spiced and full of flavor. Just like how my parents taught me to eat it growing up.
I also had two cheesy, delicious quesadillas — Mexican-style, gooey, and golden. Finished it off with a grape Sangria soda, and the music playing in the background brought the full experience together. The vibes, the food, the nostalgia — it’s all there. A true gem in Pico Rivera.
