I want to thank Brisa our waiter and her co-worker that helped for making our lunch experience very unforgettable. Their attention and kind approach complemented the meal and made us feel like valued guests. The flavors in each dish were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The food was cooked to perfection! Overall, eating at this restaurant was a pleasure from beginning to end. The wonderful cuisine and amazing service.

The birria de chivo was absolutely delicious! Our waitress, Maricela, was so friendly and quick, making our experience even better. The place is nice and clean, perfect for families. And don't forget to try the jericalla—it was a tasty dessert! The food tastes just like what you’d find in Guadalajara!

Wow… Birrieria Jalisco took me straight back to Mexico! The goat birria was everything — crispy on the outside, tender inside, and soaked in a consommé that was perfectly spiced and full of flavor. Just like how my parents taught me to eat it growing up.

I also had two cheesy, delicious quesadillas — Mexican-style, gooey, and golden. Finished it off with a grape Sangria soda, and the music playing in the background brought the full experience together....
