They don’t give you your full order. I ordered a kit mail for my granddaughter. They did not include her drink. I had to ask them for barbecue sauce for her chicken nuggets and ketchup for her fries and then we got home and my Granddaughter’s telling me they did not give me my drink so I tried calling them and the number is out of order or it doesn’t work not to mention that I had to sit there waiting for a while in order to get the attention so I can get the ketchup and the barbecue sauce. I need it that was not included in the mail or in our bag. Service was not very good. Poor guy is trying to multitask and not having any assistance. He’s helping the counter guest. He’s helping the window guest and the drive-through guest. You need to get him some help. That’s too much work for him to remember all the orders. No wonder he forgot to give us our drink and forgot to give us our catchup and barbecue sauce it wasn’t for me checking the bag first I would’ve just came home with nothing but just the meal without the drink and of course we never got the drink. I feel we should be compensated for that.

Terrible. Ordered French toast sticks and hash browns everything tasted reheated like 3x . 3 of the 5 French toast were hard around edges and chewy in the center. Immediately regretted stopping here but was too tired to take it back. I will not got to another Burger King ever again.

I have coupons so the deal was great but 4 out of the 5 times I've been here, the drive thru employee was rude, didn't smile, wasn't polite, and just wanted u to rush off. It all depends on your service preference
