They got my order wrong after I specifically asked them what not to put in my food. Ordered Asada fries with chili beans, cheese, and of course asada. Yet they proceeded to put refried beans, guacamole, sour cream and more even though I specifically asked for them to be with chili beans and plain. Went back to hopefully have it remade at least. Explained the situation and what happened and the cashier proceeded to say it was my fault for mentioning beans and that she could do nothing and wanted me to pay for a whole new set of fries instead of just remaking it because it was their mistake. Proceeded to then basically keep saying it’s my fault and eventually got frustrated and left. She was absolutely the worst and had so much attitude for no reason. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It use to be so good but now these workers make it absolutely terrible.

I’ve been coming here for years and always had the best food and service but I went again today around 1:50-2:00pm and had absolutely horrible service!!! I ordered asada fries but specifically asked them to put chili beans and not fried beans because the last time they did that and they still did!! I also asked for it to just be plain with cheese, chili beans and asada and they continued to put big scoops of sour cream and guacamole and fried beans. I drove back to the store and went inside to speak to the lady I told her about the situation and she proceeded to tell me it was my fault for mentioning beans and that what do i expect her to do. I proceeded to tell her I made my order very specific on what I wanted and just wanted them to remake it for me. Her reply was there was nothing she can do because it was my fault and I would have to pay for a new order. As someone who also works in fast food I know that is completely wrong!! She was very snotty and had a bad attitude. This place really went down I customer service. To be specific about the people it was who worked on Sunday March 30th around 1:50-2:00pm please train them on better service.

They messed up my order and I had to pay for them to make what was originally ordered instead of them replacing it for free. Why the handed me a gyro instead of a patty melt is insane. Worst customer service ever.

They added 1.50 to my breakfast burrito and didn't tell me until after I placed the order. :(

Had no real issues with the food decent but they use these crazy trick to squeeze every dollar out of you when using a debit card they have $1.50 fee SURCHARGE FOR EACH BREAKFAST plus try to charge u for a large or medium drink when ordering a small then on top of that a 4 % fee for using debit card Ordered a $10.99 breakfast burrito plus small drink $2.59 after taxes hidden fees paid $18.49 they charged me for a large drink plus the $1.50 the 4%percent I know economy bad right now but be straight forward with customer most would be ok if u told them about the hidden trickery then the receipt have no price on it so pretty much they can make price changes on command one good thing the food was not bad better then McDonald’s but ppl just ask for all the charges before paying it felt like I paid for 2 people to eat instead one one ppl can add now in days 10.99 plus $2.59 is only $13.58 plus tax should not be $18.49 but times are tuff for even restaurants I guess enjoy the food was decent
I have the bacon burrito here at least once a week. It's delicious and the red salsa it comes with is delicious.

First of all, good customer service and the burgers are great. I loved them.First time here, I tried the cheese burger combo, and the husband tried the double bacon cheese burger. I'm definitely coming back .

I order chicken nachos and they had a weird taste something taste rotten and i also order zucchini and this one taste like it was going bad wasn’t tasteful as usual. I called to ask for manager this lady wasn't quite rude at first but she began being rude after I ask her over and over to speak to someone that was in charge, she told me he is not here…then i ask her theirs have to be someone there that’s in charge that can help. Overall she was pretty rude most the time i was asking for help on the phone and end she up hanging up on me. Someone needs to fire that lady and owner please if you don’t have anyone in charge no manager or supervising your employees please put someone in charge so your customers can be satisfied with the service.
