Disappointed staff gets order wrong while going through the drive thru. Possibly a language barrier. I understand everyone needs a job but when you get home and are very hungry only to find they gave you something you didn't order.

Charged me $33 for a double cheese turkey burgeradd grilled onions and avocado with sub of half onion rings and fries. I wasn't given the receipt I had to ask for the receipt and asked for my phone again to print the receipt. I was charged $9.99 for a trio. Which I didn't undy. Got charged separately for cheese a extra patty .'m not understanding the charges here .

They got my order wrong after I specifically asked them what not to put in my food. Ordered Asada fries with chili beans, cheese, and of course asada. Yet they proceeded to put refried beans, guacamole, sour cream and more even though I specifically asked for them to be with chili beans and plain. Went back to hopefully have it remade at least. Explained the situation and what happened and the cashier proceeded to say it was my fault for mentioning beans and that she could do nothing and wanted me to pay for a whole new set of fries instead of just remaking it because it was their mistake. Proceeded to then basically keep saying it’s my fault and eventually got frustrated and left. She was absolutely the worst and had so much attitude for no reason. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It use to be so good but now these workers make it absolutely terrible.

I’ve been coming here for years and always had the best food and service but I went again today around 1:50-2:00pm and had absolutely horrible service!!! I ordered asada fries but specifically asked them to put chili beans and not fried beans because the last time they did that and they still did!! I also asked for it to just be plain with cheese, chili beans and asada and they continued to put big scoops of sour cream and guacamole and fried beans. I drove back to the store and went inside to speak to the lady I told her about the situation and she proceeded to tell me it was my fault for mentioning beans and that what do i expect her to do. I proceeded to tell her I made my order very specific on what I wanted and just wanted them to remake it for me. Her reply was there was nothing she can do because it was my fault and I would have to pay for a new order. As someone who also works in fast food I know that is completely wrong!! She was very snotty and had a bad attitude. This place really went down I customer service. To be specific about the people it was who worked on Sunday March 30th around 1:50-2:00pm please train them on better service.

They messed up my order and I had to pay for them to make what was originally ordered instead of them replacing it for free. Why the handed me a gyro instead of a patty melt is insane. Worst customer service ever.
