This specific Carls doesn’t care about anything besides getting the day over with. Management is non existent and when you bring an actual complaint to them, they roll their eyes and make it seem like you ordered it wrong. If it’s hard to not put cheese on a regular hamburger, they really need to have corporate come to readjust everything

The manager in charge on Wednesdays has a really bad and unwelcoming attitude, I believe that is the reason why it’s so slow. Terrible customer service doesn’t smile or make the customer feel comfortable.

This has got to be one of the nicest, cleanest Carls Jr. I've ever been to. Not only that the staff working with Lupe was attentive and amazing. The food was cooked to oder and everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Carls Jr. Is definitely raising the bar with great customer service and a beautiful clean environment. I had to compliment this Carls Jr. I was impressed . Thank you Luoe for the great service and a great delicious lunch. I certainly appreciate. I will always come here . Thanks again 😊
