My order took 10 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and a zucchini and for it to be incorrect and when I called the restaurant nobody ever answered maybe you should work on the customer service with this store starting with the management

Rude just rude. They never offer us sauces or ketchup and never say hello and always give us a rude attitude and take a very long time at this location.

Horrible customer service even from the manager! So much attitude from the older employees which is shocking because the younger ones are so nice. Really sad how down this place went. Where’s the friendliness and good attitude. Be better Carl’s Jr employees this is so sad to see.

You need to hire more people . There was a long line behind me at the drive through and the poor lady was by herself trying to help the people ordering in . Hire more people please . One person can’t do it on her own.

Due to scheduling errors, I hit stranded at this corner. I decided to eat at this location seriously dreading it because of the area. SURPRISE, this location is super clean AND modern. Nothing at all compared to my local Carl's on Washington in Whittier across from PIH HOSPITAL.
Their menu is very easy to read and order, depicting pictures PROPERLY. I ordered the Diablo combo, and the burger looked EXACTLY like the commercial/photos. The taste was delicious. You all know I'm not a hamburger guy but Carl's Jr wil always be my go-to burger place. Always.
Oh, and the nice young lady at the register was always smiling in spite of juggling the drive-through window and rushing outside to hand deliver orders. Her co-worker quickly helped her out and handed me my food also smiling and very attentive

This was a pleasant surprise I will definitely be back with my wife time and time again even though we live across the street from CARL'S IN WHITTER. You make it worth it getting stranded lol

Just used my card at a liquor store to pay 5 minutes before and now it doesn't work here yet they say it's not their system and I show them on my phone that says the card is good. It is their system I wouldn't trust this place then again that the burgers aren't they good anyway. My point being I just don't understand how they can tell me it's not their system when I show them on my phone The card is good I wouldn't trust him who knows what they do to the food stay away from this Carl's Jr.

Whoever worked 8/29/24 around 2:30pm needs to be retrained their attitude towards me was absolutely horrible. From constantly staring at me to talking about me to an older lady who I’m assuming was a cook. The cashier was also an older lady. Usually I am not one to complain but I did not appreciate the way I was treated!

I went to this Carl's Jr. I order a santa fe chicken sandwich and it was like charcoal, burn! I did not ask anything like well done or something like it. I'll try to put a picture of it here.

I ordered 2 fries on the app and used my points but when I got there the manager Angie told me very rudely may I add that there was a "limit" for how many fries you're allowed to get? Points wasted just for a limit to be applied when it's convenient.

I was told that customer service at this location is not good, but I decided to go anyway! My fault won't happen again!! Drive thru order, the receipt shows that the cashiers name is Ashley (she was definitely a manager, not sure if her actual name is Ashley or not), and she was rude for no reason at all! Not to mention it wasn't busy at all. These combo's are not cheap, and our money could've been well spent elsewhere. Not to mention on top of the bad service, my burger patty was luke warm, almost cold (cheese wasn't melted). My husband's fries were not good, and he said that the milkshake had a terrible aftertaste, so he threw it away! Will definitely contact corporate.
