I’ve been eating at Vargas since 1970! My favorite was always the Soft Tostada (double tortilla, with Carnitas, rice and Chili Verde. I live in AZ now and some old friends came to visit, bringing Vargas Tortillas, Carnitas, Chili Verde and frijoles. OMG! Still wonderful!
