I’m a regular at Chic fila. First time ever that I encountered a grumpy looking employee. She did not greet. She was extremely tight with dips even after I asked for more. I spent $6O bucks so I needed more than 4 dips

Went to chick fil a Rosemead after a 32 hour shift and was completely disappointed with the customer service. I really do not understand how management can be disrespectful as they were to me. Sharlize was by far the only person with actually a really good attitude and gratitude towards myself. Keep up the good work Sharlize Chick fil a Rosemead you’re a complete disappointment.

My first time here...what a great place to be...I was greeted when I walked in...the employees were nice to me in the middle of a lunch rush... amazing...I never write reviews, but had to take the time to leave one for this location...thank you
It's Chick-fil-A, so I can not be too critical. But this is by far the most disorganized Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The drive thru is poorly designed and creates a traffic jam. I watched the cashier hand my food to the car in front of me, who then handed it back to them. Then they handed me the same bag and soda.
