Really chill place for lunch ir dinner. Highly recommended due to high quality ingredients. Worth the price.

Come at 9pm an hour before closes won’t get good service won’t get any service will just look at you say we cleaning with attitude.Say can only have what they have left used to work at chipotle never seen this before guess this one allowed to do that never going come to this one again that’s for sure.

I ordered a Bowl. Actually was very Tasty service was Great even my Hubby thought it was really good. Chicken bowl extra rice w/ cheese a lil pinto beans lettuce pico & sour cream. Guacamole on the side. Great Portion

Thursday 7/3/25 Lunch at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I’ve ordered the steak burrito with everything on it with a drink. The burrito was giant and tasty. The pricing of this bill was about $18 a bit on a higher side for lunch and for about the price you can have a buffet lunch. I really enjoyed the other options of Mexican drinks (Agua Fresca) instead of the sodas. This brings up the value of the meal.

It’s been a while (more than 8 years since I’ve eaten at this franchise restaurant). Not much advertisement or on social media or provided good value for customers. Franchise corporate should work on it to bring more business. Also, providing training for their young employees to be more personable towards customers would certainly increase business. Employees doesn’t have eye contact with customers, no greeting, no smile, flat experience.

They do not know how to prioritize and will keep serving new people in line even when there is an online order that is past time with the person waiting in store and being there before the other people in the line.

They also do not fulfill the online orders accurately forgetting several ingredients even when there is an up charge.

There is no way to get ahold of them or customer service to be made right for items paid for and not received and eventually you may get an offer through their chat bot if you try several times.

Food is always good I always check my order before leaving with my mobile order. One thing though. If work there and you’re going to make a comment on something a customer just finished saying, asking, mentioned, or anything either turn around and ask if you’re so curious. Say you work there and you’re wearing a cheetah or leopard print scrunchie. I will wait to talk about that scrunchie print until I left. I added a picture of the Sangria you were curious about

Went at 8:55pm and they had nothing available. I also asked if they were going to make more food so I can wait and she said no because they are closing but not till 10pm? This always happens, won’t be coming. Driving to Whittier.
