Used the app to purchase my food. Kid at the drive thru throws hot sauce packets at me when I had my hand out to put them in my bag. I don't care if you are having a bad day. Don't take it out on the customers. Now I remember why I don't visit this location often. If they are not messing up your order, letting it sit on the counter to get cold or the kids that work there. I hope management reads this. You need to correct this attitude.

Horrible sewer smell in the Pico Rivera store. Difficult to breathe the fowl odor. I visit Del Tacos up and down California. I would be embarrassed if I ran this place. The food on the tortilla or taco shell is scarce, barely a little beans, lettuce or cheese. A wisp of food.

I visited this location on Friday May 5th at approximately 7:45PM. The sign on the door says that the restaurant is open until 10:00PM but all the chairs were upside down on the tables like the place was closed. It looked deliberate like to fool customers who wanted to east inside into thinking that the restaurant was closed. Then when we walked up to place our order, the cashier immediately told us that our food was "To-Go only" because they were closed. We argued that we didn't want "To-Go" food, the sign on the door says 10:00PM, and the website says 1:00AM. The employee argued back that the signs were wrong, but eventually "allowed" us to eat inside the restaurant. When the other workers in the back heard this, they turned over to look at us visibly upset. When we received our food, the tacos were put together badly (2 of them cracked in half) with hardly any meat, cheese, or lettuce inside (pictures attached). The soda from the dispensing machine didn't have any carbonation and the overall restaurant was dirty. Because the employees already looked annoyed, I didn't bother to complain. If I had said something, I knew the employees would argue back anyway. I never have any problems at other Del Tacos until I visit this one. I placed a review with the BBB (they have an "F Rating" and are not accredited), sent a message through their online portal (confirmation # 25985986) so that their owner is made aware, and I'll send a message to CEO John D. Cappasola, Jr. When employees begin to run a workplace to "their style," everyone suffers - companies, owners, and customers. Looking at other reviews and customer experiences, it's pretty obvious that I'm not the only one that's had service issues at this location.
I get crunchtadas at a variety of locations. This location in Pico Rivera is sloppy and barely covers the tortilla. Where are the beans that should be evenly spread? A whisper of lettuce and cheese! I would be embarrassed to be the Mgr of that location!

Had the shrimp tacos, 2 for $7. One regular and second with parmesan sauce. The regular one was better. Good thing the parmesan wasn't extra. You can mix them. Could aren't enough and could use some fries or something else on the side.

I have regularly gotten poor service the majority of the time I come here. This last time was the worst. Manager, Brenda, was downright rude and so was her female employee, who took our order wrong and then gave us attitude. Brian, however, did his best to be patient and kind and is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. If I didnt like specific menu items so much I would never go back.
