The first impression was as soon as I walk in Kassandra welcome me with a beautiful smile nd walk me through the whole menu she recommended me a drink with a panini I ate them so fast ☺️ I PERSONALLY RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTIFUL SPOT ! I've been a frequent visitor to this boba shop, but my recent experiences have left me feeling disappointed. Unfortunately, the lady who is always there/owner often comes across rude and unhelpful, which makes each visit awkward. During my last trip, I ordered two drinks but wasn't offered a bag to even carry them. When I asked the for a bag I also politely asked if she had a plastic spoon , she stated they didn't have any, even though I could see spoons right next to the straws in the pickup area. I didn’t think one plastic spoon would make a great impact on the business, she could have easily said those are strictly for acai bowls or whatever it might be. I really wish the customer service matched the quality of the drinks. I won’t be returning due to this unwelcoming behavior.

The coffee is amazing. The boba milk tea is amazing as well. I am a coffee lover tho and this place is my go 2 for coffee. The owners cookie butter latte is great. She is always so friendly and sweet. Reason I always come here is the customer service and especially great drinks.

Bad service

This place is one of my go to places for matcha, they have good matcha and the paninis are very good also. The worker is also very nice and helpful, Can't understand the low rating

I really enjoy coming to Paradizo. Friendly service. They have a variety of drinks . My favorite is the Vietnamese coffee. I enjoyed the black tea with mango. It tastes like your eating a mango. I know people that won't drink coffee but love the teas. Come and visit Paradizo.

OMG WHEN I SAY THE BANANA MATCHA IS PERFECTION I MEAN IT IS PEEEEEERFECTION!!!! I will Show up every single day for that delicious drink! The girl behind the counter has me hooked! And let me tell you the elote latte and the banana brown sugar latte *drool* SO WORTH IT!

Got the banana matcha, I thought it would be good because the color was a very vibrant green, but you couldn't even taste the matcha and it just tasted like banana milk. I requested to have my order remade but they just told me that it was what I ordered.

Don’t stop by before 12pm if you want boba in your tea. Third time I change stopped by and their boba is not ready.

Friendly and quick ! Coming back

First time coming here. The young lady was kind and greeted us as soon as we entered. I bought a Vietnamese coffee and it was strong but also sweet. Best I've had in awhile.
