Thank you to Mana Pastry for making my husbands dream 49ers birthday cake come to LIFE!!! I brought in a picture of what I was looking for and they recreated it EXACTLY! I got a HUGE 3 tier cake, top tier was vanilla with dulce de leche filling, middle tier was marble with oreo cookies and cream and bottom tier was red velvet with coconut cream cheese filling. Every tier was DELICIOUS! The football on top was big and heavy and began coming down a bit, but that was expected because I left it indoors longer than I wanted to and it got a bit warm. But absolutely no fault of theirs! It was a pretty badass cake and Iâm so happy I ended up choosing El Mana. Will gladly do business again!

El Manna Bakery is hands down one of our favorite bakeries! Conveniently located in Pico Rivera, their pastries are a perfect balance of sweetness, leaning towards the Mexican-inspired side. They have a delightful selection, from quesadillas to amazing fruit tarts and even cake pops for the little ones.
What truly sets them apart for us, though, is their birthday cakes. Theyâre a bit on the expensive side, but absolutely worth it. Weâve gotten our daughterâs birthday cakes here for the past two years. Two years ago, she had a Little Mermaid-themed cake that was a huge hit with everyone. This year, we went with a Hello Kitty theme and tried a new flavor combo of marble and cookies & cream, per the ownerâs suggestion, and it was phenomenal! The cake is always moist, perfectly balanced with frosting, and comes with a cute toy on top for the kids.
We canât recommend El Manna Bakery enough for any special occasion. Weâre already planning next yearâs cake and canât wait to see what they create for us!

The best all around. We had ordered a birthday cake for my son ahead of time. Not wanting to spend more on the cake toppings we went with a non decorative birthday cake. However, to our surprise when we picked our order it was adorned with a beautiful topping. Amazing! The cake here is not like other pastry shops where itâs overly sweet in order to compensate for the lack of quality. Best patissiers aka pastry chefs around. Not only was it flavorful but the customer service was outstanding. 10/10 Kind, friendly and very helpful staff. I went once again to get another cake as a walk inâŠDelicious yet again! My family and friends will continue to come here and spread the joy that these amazing people do. Happy customer!

El Mana came recommended by a friend, who was sponsoring our wedding cake. We were able to schedule a cake tasting, which the groom LOVED. All the flavors and frostings were so good it was hard to make a choice. We ended up choosing 3 different pairings for each level of the cake. They also delivered the large cake to the wedding venue and it survived being outside in 90 degree heat until cake cutting time. Wedding guests had RAVE reviews, saying that each flavor was so good and asked for the pastry shop contact info. Thank you!!
