Ok, my last review regarding the Biria was harsh, but honest.
This time is different is different. Doing what they do best, and that's chicken. Good chicken at that. I ordered a four piece no slide and a salad. The chicken was cooked to perfection, and the green Salad was fresh.
I was served by Isaiah. This kid needs a raise, and employee of the month. Is customer service skills are on point.

Slauson av and passons location Pollo Loco last week I went there drive-thru , they don’t provide any longer lemons and I was a little disappointed by the lady at the window told me in a very nice way I just got hired I don’t have more than a month and before I was here there is no lemon at

Wow! Most of the personnel they hire seem to have an attitude and are super slow with the orders. Which is why I was so surprised by this beautiful girl name Vanessa (had braces I believed) - she treated my table like we were royalty: super attentive, asked if we needed additional salsa, napkins, etc., alert of customers waiting, working the drive thru, greeting customers with a gorgeous smile ? and just being such a wholesome attendant to every customer.
