So my family and I have been coming to this place for years now and today was a bad experience and we will no longer be going I purchased 3 additional drink and was charged for them but the girl forgot to give them to me when I got to my destination I noticed that we didn't have the drinks I called back a lady answer she said sure no problem come back I could go right back so I told her I would be there in about 15 mins well I wasn't able to make it back I called back to let them know if perhaps they can take my name down and I would have my husband go either later today or somewhere time I don't live in Pico anymore. Well she transferred the call to someone else and that lady said that I was never charge for it when I know I was because she has given me a different price when I was going to pay. Never the less please if you go make sure you get all your stuff before you leave. The receipt doesn't have the items just a grand total so how can and argue with them. My family and I will not be coming back. I'm kind of sad about it because we would go often.

I want to start by saying that I am a Carne Asada critic. Almost every place you might order Carne Asada is serving you a cheap version of thinly chopped cheap steak. Carne Asada is ONLY, Flank Or Skirt steak. End of sentence, period. That said, this place has the best tasting Carne Asada in my area and that goes for East LA as well. It is not skirt or flank but it is the best tasting I’ve had in a very long time. I will come back for the CA burrito at least 2 times a week. My new Favorite place👍👍👍👍🥩

Normally have a good experience here but today was truly bad. Placed a pick-up order by phone and they normally get it right. Today they got it wrong and when we called back to let them know and ask if we could pick up another one as ordered we had to argue with them for about 5 minutes on the phone. When we went in to pick it up the little lady who is in charge was pretty rude and argumentative with us. She hesitantly replaced the burrito but not after making us wait about 15 minutes. Been coming here for years and this was pretty out of character for this place. Fortunately, there's lots of other local places as good or better, with much better customer service. They may have just lost a loyal customer.
