Well, compared to so many businesses across LA this one really isn*t the best one. Firstly, service....I walked in, smiling and being excited about getting and trying something new and I was "greeted" in a very restrained way. Yes, I am not a Latino and yes, I don*t know what the half of those fecking terms means, but I am always interested in trying something new and that was something I wanted to do! The server barely spoke English and seemed to be highly unhappy and annoyed that she had to explain to me the terms and that I didn*t know what I wanted to order. To stay safe, I just got pineapple+strawberry shake. And it would be ok, if not for the micro pineapple peel chunks that I found later on in my shake. Can*t say that I was impressed....

I would rate 5 stars if it wasn't for the service. Today I was there around 3pm and this woman black hair tattooed looking like eyebrows with headphones on was so incredibly rude. I have never received such a mediocre service. First of all she took a while to come up to the front she didn't even greet us. Second she was talking on the phone with her headphone on 1 ear, I asked for a bionico and as soon as she was done she charged me right away instead of asking if I needed anything else. Third I was so ready to head out but my kiddos wanted ice cream. This woman with an attitude went ahead and said "there are no cones so you're gonna get a cup" like ok damn there are nicer ways to relay to your customers an item is unvailable, I was speechless. Finally she just keeped talking on the phone thru the entire time not a single pleasant expression on her face the whole thing made my experience so unpleasant. I drove all the way from Sacramento, to get this type of service is depressing and unfortunate you guys have been open for over 10 years this is the first time I have been disappointed about the service. That woman needs some customer service couching asap.

Not what i was expecting! We ordered fresas con crema which the strawberries taste old and saggy and the crema tasted a lot like vanilla.... we also got a mangonada and the only thing we can taste was the chamoy no mango flavored what's soo ever! I was hoping for a good spot since I'm at El Rancho High School twice a week! Nimodo
