Like any other In & out, it's tight parking lot but you can park next door in the shopping center. Drive thru is a usual 20 minute wait. Food is made to order. The burgers are good, fries are also.

Visit today 10:30 am First time having a bad experience due to the employee 🙃 😕 I waited in drive through 12 minutes because someone had a big order infront of me, when I get my order, hamburguer was cold, the coffe was room temperature, I asked kindly to please touch it, she will.give a new one...there is no more coffe, she is gonna make a fresh...ask me to move and wait for it ( they did not ask the other big order to move and wait so the rest of the ppl waiting can get their 1 burger) I didn't have time, I ask for the refund, she comes give me the money...No apologies, no sorries, just actitud. For ppl like that you loose

In n out is good. I don’t have problems with it but they are very nice. Service is kind and offers help when needed. Food is great. I think it was a bit salty because of the cheese but outside of that, the meat and crispiness of the bread give an amazing texture and taste to my food. Everything feels fresh and you could see how the fries are made in the moment. Thanks

Never a bad choice when going for a burger. You can get their fries extra well done for an extra crunch. Adding diced chiles to any burger or animal fries is one of my favorite condiments

November 5th me and my daughter went In-N-Out. In the city of Pico Rivera. It was our turn to place an order. The cashier rude and not understanding what I was ordering. It was not difficult. #1 with grilled onions #2 no tomatoes. And or order of animal fries. I noticed on the receipt that the cashier charged my order separately. Meaning that I did not get charged correctly. I got charged individually. I went to confront the cashier and she told me to wait she'll get to me when she can. I hope that the company will retrain the cashiers.My daughter and I just wanted to eat before we attended church that day. The story is very unprofessional needs training soon as possible
