Every time I get my food they never give me a receipt unless I ask. Why should I have to ask? How can you have a rewards app that requires you to scan the receipt and then not hand them out? I don’t really come here anymore because several times they have forgotten to give me an item i ordered. It’s very frustrating when you live kinda far and don’t wanna go back and they don’t even offer anything to make it up to you.

Went through the drive through got a loaded breakfast sandwich. They forgot to put the sausages on the sandwich went in the next day. All they said was sausages are 50 cents and if I want the $1 refund. With attitude. With out admitting the mistake. The correct thing to do is remake it not offer a $1 because of there mistake.

Placed a big order on the app. Drive thru line was out into the street. I parked and went inside to pick it up. They had me standing there for 5 minutes just to tell me they were closed inside and that I would have to go thru the drive thru. They were very rude.

I get here at 9:48 pm 12 minutes before dining room is closed only to discover the frickin entrance is already closed! What the hell! No one answered when Im knocking on the door or drive thru. I'm beyond pissed as this is the only restaurant that accepts EBT! WHY IS THE DOOR LOCKED 15 MINUTES BEFORE? JERKS! Dining is supposed to close @10 pm NOT AT 9:45! RIDICULOUS!

Lousy and inattentive staff on Sunday evening. They projected the touch and feel of a ghetto and from a foreign village. The team obviously didn’t want to be there. The gentleman with his hair tied back, handling the register, was typical and deserved a thumbs down. The best option for any visitors was to turn around and walk the heck out of there
