Well I Arrived at 2:35 P.M to buy a drink and waffle bowl there are two employees males ask me to scan my reward's several times he said the total , I paid afther other employee respond they cannot give me my over lemonberry ice drink I asked them what is wrong they said they do not know , I asked employee for a manager to help them or help me employee responded they are not the manager. I said I am a Jamfam gold Status member this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional to customers 2:55 P.M I Received the waffle bowl and not lemonberry ice drink, I Left the store appetite is ruined this was terrible customer service and embarrassing unacceptable.

Jamba is one of my favorite place for smoothies, fresh juices and pastrys items also their bowls. I have two favorite drinks one of them is Matcha Green tea blast and Oranage Creamsicle they are so good. I also enjoy their Arci bowl and Dragonfruit bowl they perfect breakfast in the morning.

Ey yo.! Every single time I come to This.! Specific Jamba Juice I have mediocre service. Based on age and experience I know for a fact the young employees don’t care. And second they never.! Cary plant base. Disappointed and disgusting because I always go to Jamba locations all over. The Jamba Juice in Whittier Whittwood Center is the Best.! If the General Manager is reading this reach out to me because y’all are sorry af. I’m I’m close by I’ll stop by maybe.! I might just hold off because I literally go to Jamba atleast 2 times a week and that’s a loyal customer. Shout out to the dragon fruit drink because that’s the only consistency I see.

Employees are rude everytime. This is the closest Jamba Juice so I've been there multiple times. The last time, my husband was ordering and the cashier rolled her eyes at him multiple times, we couldn't believe it. The first time for asking if they could remove the yogurt from a bowl (lactose intolerant) and replace with a dairy free milk. They are always short on ingredients, too. Then, as they were trying to make the order, they let us know they were short on ingredients and wanted to replace it with something else. We left at this point.I went there with friends once and the cashier was rude it made the atmosphere awkward.I won't be coming back.
