I love Jim's Burgers I have been going there for many years. I love just about everything they have there from their burgers, quesadillas, taquitos, club sandwiches, drinks, dui fries, burritos and a lot more. The food is always hot, the service is friendly and fast, the atmosphere is great. Always happy people who loves the service and food. Except sometimes when you call they don't pick up and the phone just rings and rings, doesn't mean they're closed, just means they are busy and you have to go physically down there to order. Always go there and will go back all the time.

This is a dive burger joint. I went to try the DUI fries with chili, carne asada, cheese and pastrami. They were messy, salty and good. Cheeseburger was okay. Problem was you get these messy fries, but this place has no restrooms (not even for paying customers), provide minimal napkins and is kinda dirty. Old fries and guacamole were on the floor under the table and tables were dirty. I suppose if you love a greasy spoon, grab this grub to go. It's not a comfy spot.

I have only eaten here four times but I will definitely go back to try other items from their menu. Chili cheese fries, the chili is very flavorful and the fries are very crispy. I was able to get full while sharing one large order. Pastrami sandwich, the pastrami meat is delicious and it is packed on and they don't overdo the mustard and pickles. The combo is perfect to share also. Steak sandwich. Now this I should have shared as it is two pieces of steak cooked perfectly and is very tender and well seasoned. Plus it comes with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mayonnaise. They have a happy returning customer.
I usually go to Dinos for the dui fries everytime I make the hr drive to go see my optometrist, but this time we decided to give this place a try, well i should have read the reviews prior ??♀️, this place does not offer the use of restrooms like I understand if you are not a paying customer but for those that are dining there they should be given the privilege. I my self wanted to use the restroom before I made the hr drive back home and nope not possible. Some lady told me that it was employees only and that i would have to go to the bar to use the bathroom lol okay, so if my kids had to use the bathroom i have to take them in there too yeah I don’t think so I just left with a bad taste never again will I go in there we will stick to Dinos

I usually order the nacho fries here but this time they switched my order for regular nachos. The food quality is superb and super good.However as I finished I noticed there was a hole burned in my clamshell box. These boxes have harmful plastics if burned. I work in food services (10 yrs) and our clamshell to go boxes are specifically meant to hold very hot fresh ready to eat foods but this actually worries me.I would recommend investing in more durable clamshell boxes to prevent this from happening in the future. Even if you have to raise prices of the nacho fries or nachos to justify it, the health and safety of your products is important.
