I use to go too the one on Beverly in montebello. But is closed down now. Came to this location it’s my 3rd time here. I was amazed on the service! The guy that helped me had a smile on his face the whole time with a good attitude like it should be! So many fast food chains lost that! Blessing’s to you my friend!

Got there 2 price deal with drumstick and thigh for $5.99 plus drink is separate good tasty meal plus they have restroom you can use

Update to original post - stopped by and spoke to Frank who was cordial and made it right. Also apologized for the inconvenience and said he was workjng to empower his employees to deliver good customer service and distinguish between those who were legitimate customers and thise trying to get food for free.Be sure to check your orders at this KFC. This KFC messed up my order and we did not notice until we got home. We called them and they acknowledged the error, took down our name and and said they would make it right when we came back. However, when we came back they refused to make it right because we did not return in 7 days - a detail they failed to mention. Perhaps, I should have delayed my trip so they could correct their error and I could spend extra gas money at my expense. Again, they acknowledged we failed to receive what we had paid for.and still refused to .ake it right. The employee Jamie said I needed to come back a third time to speak to manager Frank. What a waste of everyone's time and money and poor customer service. Guess I'll have to talk to Frank and hope he can empower his employees to solve problems and provide better customer service that positively represents the KFC brand.

Great place to visit and plenty of parking around. However, the chicken itself compared to other KFC chain stores lacks a little more flavor. Other than that, it is a wonderful and spacious restaurant to eat at.
