Bathroom has a large stall enough for the wheelchair ♿ however bathroom doors 🚪 are heavy and need help to open. Bathrooms are well kept

I came in for breakfast this mornin .. ordered the collectors breakfast an recieved no collectors cup .. I got the bag .. well big deal .. I didn't want the bag .. I wanted the cup .. an I had to ask why I didn't recieve my cup .. I wus told they were out of the cups .. yet there wus no sign posted informing me of that

If you order in person or at the drive thru it’s usually okay. But if you are ordering through the mobile app triple check your order! We had items missing and they gave us medium fries even though we ordered large fries. Unfortunately wasn’t able to complain because we were on our lunch break and could waste the time. But they need to look at what they are packing more clearly as this isn’t the first time this has happened on a mobile app order for us.

Update**
Gave them a second chance and now they get 1 star. Forgot my second Apple pie and just looks like they threw my burger in the container and the container is even broken at the side. THIS LOCATION NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT

Had mcdonald's this past Thursday in Downey off of Florence. They screwed up my order. Well just had it again at the one in Pico Rivera. Ordered the same thing I always ordered number 7 no cheese extra ketchup. You think they got it right. Nope got one right and one with cheese. It's so sad that you have to pay a lot for your food only to get it wrong yet again. Can't say it's a English thing cuz they got one right.
