You can no longer speak to the cashier and tell them your order directly. Now you have to order on the screen they have, and then go to the cashier to pay in cash. I wanted the 2 sausage and egg McMuffins and the Big Breakfast with hotcakes. Something that use to take about 10 seconds now takes about 5 minutes to do. It pointless and a waste of time.

I have been going to this McDonald's for over 15 years and I never saw this place so clean. The drink station, dining area, and restrooms were clean. I will be coming back more often.

I came in for breakfast this mornin .. ordered the collectors breakfast an recieved no collectors cup .. I got the bag .. well big deal .. I didn't want the bag .. I wanted the cup .. an I had to ask why I didn't recieve my cup .. I wus told they were out of the cups .. yet there wus no sign posted informing me of that

If you order in person or at the drive thru it’s usually okay. But if you are ordering through the mobile app triple check your order! We had items missing and they gave us medium fries even though we ordered large fries. Unfortunately wasn’t able to complain because we were on our lunch break and could waste the time. But they need to look at what they are packing more clearly as this isn’t the first time this has happened on a mobile app order for us.
Update** Gave them a second chance and now they get 1 star. Forgot my second Apple pie and just looks like they threw my burger in the container and the container is even broken at the side. THIS LOCATION NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT
