It’s 2:30am i know it’s not that busy at all to not be able to read or have too much to do. If a customer specifically puts ketchup and condiments in their order that means I WANT THEM. Soggy stale fries have definitely been sitting there for hours but yall couldnt read the order and look for what I asked to be included. Turned my comfort meal to a horrible experience.

I have ordered from this McDonald’s to have delivered to my home and they always screw up my order and when I call the restaurant they pick up and act like they can’t hear me this has happened on more than 1 occasion. If they forget something And I don’t get charged no problem but they charge me everytime I have called many times Unfortunately I don’t know how I can order from another location. Who have better customer service
