I have ordered from this McDonald’s to have delivered to my home and they always screw up my order and when I call the restaurant they pick up and act like they can’t hear me this has happened on more than 1 occasion. If they forget something And I don’t get charged no problem but they charge me everytime I have called many times Unfortunately I don’t know how I can order from another location. Who have better customer service

Love taking my kids here because of the play area but I cannot believe they have not fixed the soda machine half of the time we go they don’t work
It is unpleasant to see how they have turned what were family gathering places into places without any sense of family. On the contrary, by destroying children's playgrounds.

They messed up my order. Could not provide me with a receipt. Then issued me a refund only to charge for my order a second time after I left. Their kiosks charge different amounts for the same order and the cash register rang up another amount. Depending on where you ordered each receipt was different. This is fraud!!!!!!
