Hugo tried to charge me for condiments that should be free. He acts like a big douchebag. I told him it was for dine in twice and he still bags it to go I don't know why he doesn't serve me in a tray like everyone else eating inside. Seams Like if he doesn't want me to eat inside.

My question is where have the days of customer service & satisfaction gone? Ordered pancakes with sausage, as I'm not a meat eater, I asked if I could substitute the sausage for an egg. Manager Ernie told me with a lame explanation "no". Any other McDonald's I've been to in the area never has a problem. Ernie might need some training in the customer service area...get to it boy, for the sake of your customers please get it done!!!

I seen the person ahead of me in drive thru receive a bag and then hand it back. When my turn came up, the employee appeared to give the same bag the car before me gave back and I asked if they gave my food to the previous client and they said no. I didn't believe it but the order seemed untouched but I was a bit grossed out. Be careful in their drive thru. Go in if u can because drive thru is pretty slow and gets packed but ultimately u don't want anyone else touching your food
