Breakfast with my favorite ladies. My wife, mother, and sister. Coffee all the way around. We started with an entre of chicken wings, mom had a craving for them. They were ok in my opinion. A little too saucy. Kinda sour. Veggie omelette with pancakes for mom. My wife had chicken fried steak with scrambled eggs light and a side of french toast. My sister had the hamburger with fries. I ordered the Lumberjack with all sausage eggs over easy with pancakes. Everything was delicious. It's was very busy but the service was excellent. Can you ever go wrong with Norms? It was a full house, but we got sat promptly. The Service was excellent. Our Food came very quickly “like always “ and I’m going to be honest. It was super fresh and full of flavor. This is our favorite place to come and eat matter what we’re in the mood for. Thank you, Daisey for the great Service. You were always on your A game awesome recommendation. Good job everybody

The service at this restaurant was terrible, the hosts and waitresses seemed disinterested in their jobs. I understand it’s Christmas Eve, but they should still strive to provide a welcoming and attentive service. Throughout our meal, our waitress neglected to refill our drinks, and we had to ask for boxes and the check. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, she spent most of her time conversing with her coworkers in the back.

We wait too long, there were empty table, finally we got seated, but the table was very dirty, I have to call some one to clean the table, at the end we order some dessert, I was almost finished my dessert then I smelled my fork like dirty, then I called the waiter to explain that the fork smelled very bad, He aplogized an He offered me a new dessert, But after that I lost my appetizer, No discount offer.
Lupita is amazing—super warm, efficient, and always on top of refills without me even asking. Her attention to details makes Norms better. Thanks

Had a late Thanksgiving lunch at the counter today and was blown away by the kindness I overheard.
There was a man sitting next to me who I guess had been there since about 2am. Throughout the conversation it was clear that the man was unhoused and maybe a regular at this location. The manager, Betty, came up to him and told him over and over again how much she appreciated him being there, let him know he could stay as long as he wanted, and emphasized that this Norms was his home and he was always welcome there.
I’m so proud to have someone like her as part of our Pico Rivera community.
