I rarely ever leave reviews, but a few months ago, we went, and there was an insect in my sisters salad. We nicely asked for it to be replaced. The salad never came. I've moved on, but sadly today, i was unhappy with a pickup order. It's not the first time this has happened. I should've checked but i was in a hurry... I picked up an order with 2 breakfast with pancakes. I get home i have no utensils, napkins, no butter no syrup. NOTHING. JUST MY PLATES.. What type of breakfast restaurant doesn't add their condiments to the food orders. So annoying cus i dont have any syrup at home! Please pay attention i have stopped eating here but i really needed a nice quick breakfast for my kids today. Shoulve just gone to JIMS across the street

I hate to write a negative review but I ordered breakfast online for take out and when I got there in 15 minutes my order wasn't ready, after waiting for 45 minutes and asking 3 times they gave me my order, once I got home in a few minutes I noticed that my food was cold, my food must have been sitting there for half an hour while they are sitting costumers and charging costumers.

Before this evening, it had been a long time since I last ate at a Norms restaurant. Tonight, I arrived at this one in Pico Rivera right around 10pm. Restaurant is clean, well laid out, lighting just right. The service was great. Staff were super efficient and very friendly. As for the food, it was excellent! I was surprised at just how good it was. And for such a low price! Will definitely be back.

This place was amazing the food was excellent short staffed but they handled amazing the waitress was very nice and kinda and efficient with attending to us recommend in anyone in the area to come give this place a chance won’t regret it bring friends it’s better
