Haven't been here in over a year and now i.kmow why. The food was brutally bad this morning. The hash browns were basically raw. Tasted like crap. Even the slightly brown parts that looked cooked tasted bad. Eggs were just as bad. Tne pancakes were decent but then the ham.wss bland n had no flavor at all. Bacon was good.. I sincerely felt like I wasted my money this morning.

If there were a Hall of Fame for servers, our server at Norms would already have a lifetime achievement award. From the moment we sat down, they treated us like VIPs at a five-star restaurant instead of a late-night diner. Their energy was incredible—friendly, attentive, and somehow always appearing right when we needed something like a mind reader with a coffee pot.
Our drinks were never empty for more than a few seconds, the food came out perfectly, and they made sure every little detail was right. They even managed to keep the whole table laughing while handling the rest of the restaurant like a total pro. Honestly, if customer service were an Olympic sport, this server would be bringing home the gold medal.
Norms is lucky to have someone this amazing on their team. If every place had servers like this, the world would be a happier (and much better fed) place. Give this person a raise immediately!

I ordered a bigger better omelette, but when I received it, it only had crumbs of bacon and cheese because my time was of the essence. I couldn’t return it versus omelette I ever had that could should take better pride on their cooking the bell pepper and onions and tomato were raw, not even cooked no ham no sausage in the omelette. It wasn’t a better and bigger omelette. It was a lesser bigger omelette. I go to Norm‘s twice a week order this before and it was delicious but this time it was the worst humble I ever had.
